I highly recommend Romarts. I am so happy I decided to work with Romarts. I have a small galley kitchen. I wanted to replace the existing countertops and add a tile backsplash. I was a small job and I didn’t want to use a contractor/remodeling company. I worked Andreea. I told her what I wanted and she showed me a few samples. They were exactly what I wanted. She didn’t try to push more expensive products. I was very happy with the outcome. The workers were polite and professional. They showed up on time (one day they were early!). This is the first project I had completed on time!

Romarts was fantastic. They are extremely professional, the folks doing the work were really great and on short notice, they were able to some how fit my projects in. Their prices were fair. I have two areas for improvement - (1) the countertops take 2 weeks from date of measurement to install - that seems like a long time. (2) I wish more care was taken to clean up debris and dust after each day.

Staff was professional, helpful and patient with my many questions. All workers were polite and cleaned work area daily. I was particularly impressed with Daniel who corrected the few minor issues I identified at completion of project.

The scheduler had the designer first come out. He had lots of small samples (3 x 4and quot;) of different granite and quartz samples. I kept telling him that I didn't like any of them. But he made me choose one. I asked some lady friends if they liked it and when I told the scheduler that, he said and quot;don't ask anyone because it was up to meand quot;. I asked to have a 12and quot; sample and at one time they said they had dropped it off, but they hadn't. I decided to go to a Fabrication Company and I found a Silestone Quartz that I liked. Romarts said that they already had my original order and that this would cost me an additional $375 because the slab was bigger. That was okay with me.
The communication between us was not good. I finally started emailing them but it would still take four days to hear from them.
They had to sand down the cabinets and even though they put up plastic the dust went everywhere. They spray painted the cabinets with a plastic cylinder going out my window. Two drawers were not completed correctly so they had to be redone. The doors were done somewhere else.
The whole job was finally completed and it does look nice. I am happy it is done.

Romarts brought countertop samples to our home for us to see how they would look in our kitchen. They provided a lot of guidance on how to select material for the counters and backsplash (a new experience for us).
The quotation included the cost of the counter material and a new sink. We provided the new disposal and faucet which they installed. We also selected and provided a 12 tile mural which they integrated into the large backsplash behind the stove top. We also selected a new range hood which we installed ourselves. Romarts worked with us to make sure all of these new items would integrate into the overall design.
The accuracy of their measurements and templates was absolutely correct. The sections of countertop that were finished in their shop fit together perfectly in our home and the seams are hard to find. It was a very professional design and installation. They would clean up their work area every day.
We worked with a total of eight different people from Romarts in the various phases of the project and they all did their jobs efficiently and professionally.

Fair - some of the people we dealt with were great, others, not so great. Not sure that they do many kitchen remodel projects from start to finish. Seems like the are very excellent a counter tops and selection of counter tops. Cabinets are great as well and lots of selection.
Working with the person who quoted us the pricing was good. He brought samples to our home so we could see them in our light from where the remodel was going to happen and not a show room. That was a plus and working with him was good.
Working with the cabinet person and creating a new layout for the kitchen was a huge task and it went really well with the person who did the cabinet layout - gave us some options on where to moved things as we were re-arranging everything!
Working with the Lead Contractor was not so good. Besides the point that he was not her during most of the job, he left for vacation near the end of the job and we never saw him again. He was hard to contact so we worked with the sub contractors who were her 90% of the time.
The and quot;demo guyand quot; was a relative who shouldn't have been in my house - Besides the fact that he damaged the new refrigerator on the way in with dings and scratches on the entire front - I ended up having to order an entire new fridge and they made good on paying for it. BUT... they made the person pay for it out of his wages and he confronted me on that - and that was really uncomfortable. I asked that he not return to my house and he did - just to pick up his newly purchased refrigerator - which was another whole ordeal.
The subcontractors who did the flooring, paint, and tile were awesome and would call them back in a heartbeat. The Contractor who did our bathroom was also just as awesome. The guy who did the plumbing was strange, but did a great job. The owner of the company was also great to work with... but having all the family come to do some of the work... not so good. They do know how to do counters and would recommend that they keep just doing that especially if they are going to sub everything else out.
They are often at lots of home fair's and such... but the sales person there, is just that... a sales guy. Stick with the countertops if you go with them.
All in all, my kitchen and bathroom are beautiful for all we went through.
