MMM CARPETS

Richard (from the store) was very helpful, coming to the house to take measurements and making an estimate; however, he told us that the installation team could remove the old layers of linoleum, even after told him that the bottom layer of tiles contained some asbestos, but the installation crew couldn't actually do that (not without the proper state certification and equipment, it turns out). He was also a little short on the baseboard measurement, so my wife had to run out and buy and extra piece at Home Depot for the installers. Overall, we are happy with the floor.

Sales person was responsive to my initial call. An appointment was made for her to come show me samples and measure. She was very nice and knowledgeable although she seemed to always be rushing. She was over an hour late in coming to my house, I had to call to follow up with her, she was quite apologetic, said she was caught up with a customer at the store, and seemed like she had a lot on her plate. The installation however, went without a hitch. The installers were right on time, completed the job in 1.5 hours, were very clean and professional. The carpet is lovely.

Michael Dark was the sales rep and worked very hard to make sure that I selected the best product for the job. He was extremely patient and did not use any high pressure techniques. His advice was very knowledgeable. The price quotes were both fair and accurate. The man who came to do the installation - Oscar - was the hardest worker I have ever encountered and he did an exceptional job of making everything perfect and cleaning up all the materials. He even returned the following day at no extra charge to do a final inspection and more grout cleaning. I will definitely return to MMM for all my future carpeting needs. We also did a comparative bid with a another company and MMM's prices for installation were much cheaper.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US A VARIETY OF FLOORING MATERIAL, AND SPECIFICALLY DIFFERENT TYPES OF LAMINATE FLOORING. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND A TYPE THAT WOULD WORK WELL IN OUR SITUATION.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE FLOORING WERE BOUGHT AT MMM CARPETS. WE PICKED OUT THE FLOOR AND ORDERED IT. WE HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING IT AND NO PROBLEM HAVING IT INSTALLED. THERE WAS A MIX UP IN THE QUANTITY AND WE HAD TO REORDER MORE FLOORING. I WASN'T REALLY HAPPY ABOUT ONE THING. THERE WERE 2 SCRATCHES IN THE FLOOR. THEY WERE SMALL AND I DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT. THE PRICE WAS A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT NOT OUTRAGEOUS.

THE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND WORKED TO COMPLETE THE JOB ON TIME.
