They could improve their communication about when they are going to be here, and sometimes the cost is different than what they tell me.

They were very friendly and have been cleaning my house for the last 10 years. I believe they can be a bit punctual for the job. They still do a good job and I am satisfied with their services. I will continue to use their services in future.

I can't recommend them at all. They told me that they would rotate people through here, and then I'd let them know when I found a group I liked. The sink wouldn't be cleaned, and other things wouldn't be cleaned, so I had to keep calling them back. Once I found a group I liked, they switched them off, because that was their best cleaning group. Every time, I'd have a list of things they had forgotten.

They did a really good job. I thought they were going to do my windows too, but they said that would be extra. I thought they were expensive. They charged me $279. They do let you know everything up front. I was happy with the work.

YES! I WAS SATISFIED WITH MERRY MAIDS SERVICE. I DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY & HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME, EVEN THOUGH PRICE WAS A BIT EXPENSIVE.
