Melanin Maids

I got played and then disrespected by Melanin Maids. The team was 1 1/2 hours late for the appointment. Walked in a immediately starting saying how much work it would be (preparing for the upsell). I was told WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE GLOVES FOR THEM if I wanted my toilets cleaned. 4 people, 5 hours, way too much money later - my kitchen was clean, hallway walls were wiped down, and 2 of 3 bathrooms were cleanish. That's it. I keep noticing things that were promised to cleaned that were not. I sent pics to other companies and they said that they would have cleaned the entire 3-bedroom house for way less. Not only that. I saw then USING MY KITCHEN POTS AS BUCKETS TO SCRUB THE FLOOR. My oven door is clean but full of scratches. And the product they used on the floor left a residue that had to be re-cleaned. Don't be fooled by the Instagram photos. At least mine didn't show the pile of everything from my clean kitchen that was left on the dining room table when they left. I followed up with Crystal, cause their website says "100% satisfaction guarantee" and she responded that all of my concerns were unfounded. I reached out cause I needed help with my home, and I got played. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
