The experience did not prove to be good at all. The man that owns the company is a belligerent and uncooperative person. He doesn’t want to be argued with and he is going to do everything his way; he was a nightmare to deal with. The work he did wasn’t bad, but he wasn’t interested in what I wanted or the requests that I made. I finally had him stop the work that he was doing and I asked him to leave. For that kind of money, I want someone who will listen to me and will install the windows that I ask for. When he was in my house and we were arguing about something, he picked up his stuff and left the house. He would not consult with me about the kinds of windows or what color that I wanted; the fact that I was paying for them and it was my house was irrelevant to him. He is very egotistical and I couldn’t believe that he walked out on the job. Some of his employees that did work were fine, but when he came out it was a different story. He was extremely rude to me and I won't let him in my home again. His personality got in the way of his workmanship.
Description of Work: Manor Windows installed some windows in my home.
