They have great design help service. The guy that helped us design was very helpful and it was all free. He did a whole computer layout of our kitchen remodel. It was good quality.

They have a great 24 hour service! I think they are reliable, honest, and very knowledgeable. I was having problems with my water heater and a previous contractor had informed me I needed to have new copper pipes installed. After that was done and the problem still existed, I called these guys. It took them 5 minutes to diagnose and correctly install the nipple. I was very pleased with them!

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, THE SALES PERSON WAS KNOWLEGABLE AND HELPED ME GET THE BEST WATER HEATER FOR MY MONEY.
