I did everything with them on line and experienced no problems whatsoever.
There were extremely professional and answered all of my questions regarding the purchase, the installation and options available.
The door was installed in a professional manner and it looks beautiful in the time frame they expressed and there was nothing to clean up. There instructions prior to use were precise and not burdensome.
The satin nickel hardware was exactly what we wanted and makes the door look very expensive.
Overall we are totally satisfied and who recommend these folks to anyone who wants to upgrade their bath areas.

Unless you have plenty of time to wait for your shower door, I would not order from them.  We chose to go with HeavyLux (instead of the shower door company recommended by our contractor) because they were slightly cheaper and had good reviews.  After working with them, I?m not sure how they got such good reviews.  When we first called, they were very helpful in answering all of our questions and were able to give us a quote very quickly.  They said that it would take 7-10 business days to get the door after coming out to measure.  In reality, it took 1 month from the time they were scheduled to measure to actually having the door installed.  

• The day they were scheduled to measure for the door, they didn?t show up.  They did call to tell me in the morning, but never called back to reschedule (or returned my calls when I tried to reschedule).  When they finally came a few days later, they were 30 minutes late (and hadn't called to tell me they were going to be late).
• After two weeks, when they hadn?t called to schedule an installation date for my door, I called to find out the status.  The first guy I spoke with couldn?t find my paperwork and then never called me back.  When I called again the next day, they told me they hadn?t even started making the door.  Apparently, they needed a deposit in order to start making the door, but nobody told me or called to follow-up.  They seemed to make an effort to keep me happy by saying they would expedite my order and would call me back to let me know when it would be ready.  They never called and when I finally got a hold of them they said it was going to be 2 weeks (which was even longer than the original 7-10 day estimate)
• Finally, they called to tell me my door was ready to be installed.  Then called a couple days before it was scheduled to be installed to tell me they cracked it taking if off the truck. 
• We called a couple days before they delivered it to confirm that they had the right hinges on the door (even though we told them what we wanted, I was not confident they were going to get it right).  The guy we talked to said that they weren?t the right ones, but that he would take care of it.  When the door showed up, it still had the wrong hinges.  They had to take it back and come back out a different day once they found the right hinges.  
• Once they finally installed the door (with the correct hinges) it was great. 

This is the most unprofessional business I?ve ever worked with.  Not returning phone calls, losing paperwork and not doing what you say you?re going to do is just not acceptable.  The only reason that I?m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because we do like the door and the quality was to be expected. 

Got my initial quote online, the owner came out and measured a couple days later at my convenience and they fabricated and installed the shower door within a week. The shower door looks great, the price was great, and I am very happy with the finished product.
