EXCELLENT! Fantastic! They were efficient, professional, friendly, customer conscious, mindful of neighbor's vehicles and yards. Other than the gaping hole left in the sky by the tree being gone, you'd never know they had been there. Swept up everything. Even did stump grinding, leaving the chips to resurface our now usable back yard!

Since this was a "small" job, they were able to schedule me in within a week of my initial call, even tho' February is a very busy time for them. Leo called and stopped by fairly soon to assess the job; then, Manual was able to fit it into the schedule right away on a Saturday morning. They thinned and pruned the maple exactly the way I asked them to; I'm very pleased with the result!

Contractor was on time, worked to solve access problems to get the stump grinder into a tight patio. I had another stump I needed removed and they did that for me as well for the original quoted price. Nice crew, very professional. Would call them again.

There was some miscommunication because of language difficulties with an ESL estimator during the walk through for an estimate. However, by providing specific oral and written documentation about our job, we were able to negotiate a reasonable final price that compared favorably with two other bidders. The owner and administrative staff were always professional and kept us informed about the status of the start date (it was in the middle of our stormy season). The work done was satisfactory and we will consider using them again when we have future work of this nature and will include felling of trees with heavy equipment and chippers.

A crew arrived on schedule and quickly did the job, which involved climbing to the top of a large acacia and cutting off the top branches. They also removed most of one trunk which was starting to lean dangerously over the driveway. They chipped all of the wood and left the site clean. They also topped a smaller liquidamber and cleaned that up as well.

They trimmed up some trees. We had a couple of trees that were getting kind of out of hand and have some huge bushes that needed to be trimmed. So, they just kind of cleaned up the yard and trimmed those trees for us. They were prompt. They did a nice job and they did it quickly. He brought a full crew with him. So, it only took almost a few hours to complete the job.

Had to call a couple times to schedule, but the wait was worth it.

When the actual work was done it was completed quickly, and the crew was very clean and left the yard in good shape. However, the communication and coordination for the work could have been WAY better. I called to get an estimate after purchasing two coupons for this company through Angie's List. I was told someone would be there that day. No one showed up. Called two more times requesting the quote. Received no response but quote was left the next day. I then called to schedule the work, leaving a message. No call back, called again and was told they were trying to schedule the work that day. OK great, but some notice would have been nice! The tree was removed that day, but the stump was not. I called to ask about this, and it took two more calls to get the stump ground. I finally got a response after the second call and was told it was being done that day and that the wood chips would be left. The crew called to ask where to leave the chips (despite me leaving that information with the office twice), so I at least knew the work had been done. I had told the office I had two coupons to apply to the bill, received bill and only one coupon was applied. Overall the actual work that was done was very good, but the communication and overall coordination was awful. If it had not been for the two coupons I had already purchased I would not have used this company. I can understand if they were busier than normal due to the coupon offer, but communicate that and keep the customer informed about when the work is scheduled!

Ray came out and provided an estimate and also provided useful information about our trees and bushes. Ray and the rest of the staff were prompt and responsive and we were very pleased with the work that they did.

Man who came initially did not come but sent workers who did not speak or understand english well. Consequently, they did not do what I had asked but cut much much more than I asked - hug branches, all shade gone and squirrels never came back. Very unhappy!!

The trees were both pruned and the apple had to be brought back down quite a lot (20 ft to 12 ft). The work was done promptly and they did a good job of cleaning up and hauling away the trimmings. The workers were polite and informative about what they were going to do.

It went very well. He had two guys come out and do the work. Also the owner came out to check the work and answer any questions that I had. He then told me to call him back in 3 years. Everything looked great. I had no complaints.

They showed up in the morning. They started working right away. One man climbed up the tree using a safety harness and used a chainsaw. They put a tarp over my neighbor's roof and gutters, so none of the needles or wood fell there. They cut down to as low as possible. They were fast, efficient, and very careful not to hurt the lemon tree growing close to the cypress trees. They put the bigger chunks of wood aside so we could keep it for firewood. They cleaned up and said goodbye. They were friendly and polite. It was a very pleasant experience.

When we decided to finally take out some old, dying trees and ugly shrubs, we checked Angie's List for a tree service. Graham was pretty highly recommended, so we gave them a shot. The guy came out one evening and toured what we wanted removed. He gave us a quote, wrote it on his card then scheduled for the removal a few days later. The workers arrived on time and went right to work. They finished up in less than half an hour, including taking out an extra stump while they were here. It was quick, easy, and efficient.

Graham Tree Service promptly returned my call when I was making inquiries for estimates for the removal of the dead tree. (I still haven't heard from some companies I called.) Someone was out to inspect the tree and gave me an estimate the same day I spoke with them. The estimate was reasonable given the size of the job. The men showed up on time,they were friendly and professional. The tree to be removed was surrounded by other trees which I din't want harmed during the removal process which made their work more difficult. They didn't break one branch from the surrounding trees. They left my backyard cleaner then before they started the job. I was very impressed with the quality and speed of their work.

He came out on time. He told me that he was going to e-mail me an estimate. It has been a week now and he has not gotten back to us. We are not impressed.

They did a great job, as they had the tree down in no time. The trees that they trimmed looked great. I really liked the service providers as they were very polite and they let me know everything that they were doing before it was done.
