Great experience. This was the first major remodel project I've undertaken, and definitely a learning experience. We had done extensive research and got estimates from several contractors, and Full Force was the company we selected in part because of the price, and Craig's collaborative nature and focus on detail. The cost noted was for labor and construction materials only, we were responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and buying all "visible taste driven" items(i.e. tub, tile, fixtures, vanity, etc). Beginning to end the project took about a month, allowing for the delivery of special order items. Only two people worked on the project. Craig insisted we meet the other person, Mike, before he started work. It was nice to know who we were giving access to our home. We rarely saw either of them as the work progressed. Every afternoon, Craig or Mike would call to report on the day s progress and their plans for the next day. If the project required they could work over a weekend, calling before coming into the house. On the down side, they could stand to work on their cleanliness of their work environment and the care they give to their client s home. There were several instances when they left partially emptied beverage bottles and cans standing around. On two very hot days(temps >100)they left the interior door to the un-insulated garage open with the air conditioner running full tilt when they left for the day. On another day they left a back yard sliding glass door open. Overall were satisfied with the job.
Description of Work: Gutted original 1962 full bathroom, steel bathtub, ceramic wall tile, two layers of lino flooring, built in sink/vanity, old high volume toilet. Repaired termite damage, and in the old locations installed new cast iron tub, ultra low-flow toilet, ceramic tiled floor and tub surround, radiant floor heating, new washstand and sink, and medicine cabinet.

No call back, missed the appointment, and disrupted my Sunday afternoon waiting for him. Very disappointed after having what I thought was an enjoyable in depth conversation about my project. Just another example of typical contractor behavior that is all too common from a homeowners point of view.
Description of Work: I contacted this company after finding them here on Angie's List. I was looking for a contractor to do an addition to a master bedroom. I had a nice long conversation with Craig, the owner, and he wanted to come to my home on Sunday afternoon, which I agreed to. After changing our Sunday afternoon plans I waited for several house before calling him. Of course I got his voice mail and left a message asking where he was and did he still want to bid on the job. Also asked him to please call me back.

Craig took us around and showed us homes he had done because he was one of five people we were interviewing. We liked his work. The addition took a little longer to complete than originally planned but with the quality of work that was done, it was worth the wait. Craig did a lot of the work himself and he takes his time and does a great job so there isn't a lot of re-work involved. The kitchen is coming along very well and we are again very pleased with his work. He had to cut down a 48" sink base to accommodate our Wolf 48" rangetop and did an excellent job (cabinets cost a lot of money and one slip would have ruined it). He reinforced it to ensure it could hold the 280 lbs the rangetop weighs. Craig takes care of your house - covers the area to protect other furniture, flooring, sweeps up at the end of the day before leaving. He is very good at returning your calls and responding quickly.
Description of Work: New 400 square foot master bedroom was added to our existing house. Craig was general contractor - foundation, framing, roof, drywall, put in new tub and shower, tile work, painting, plumbing; stucco on outside and gutters; concrete stamped patio outside master bedroom. All done w/permits. Currently finishing remodeling our kitchen - gutted kitchen; ran all new electrical, changed out pipes as needed; put in cabinets; appliances included 48 inch Wolf rangetop, Wolf double ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator; can lights; built separate pantry; flooring; painted. All done w/permits. Also had Craig re-texture and paint bedrooms, livingroom and diningroom and kitchen. (The price above is for addition only without concrete work.)
