Terrible! Would never recommend someone using this company! First their estimate was wrong causing the incorrect amount of movers to show up for the job. Next they sent my household goods to New Jersey to sit in a warehouse rather than ship to destination. So items would not be delivered as dictated, planned or requested. Then they overcharged me for the amount they packed. When I called about it they said I they did not send because they did not have a full truck so was not on the way. Called customer service and was hung up on (Liz) and then had “Manager” (Steve) tell me that the delay was my fault for them not delivering on time. Totally unprofessional staff who after they get you scheduled and picked up do not care because they can hold your items hostage for whatever amount of $ they say. Advice is go with a different company who don’t treat customers like their organization is ran from their fathers basement.

Horrible. They are a whole scam. When it was time to charge me they were super nice, then I find out they moved my stuff using a third party who came with an extra 800$ Balance. No one consulting anything with me. The audacity!

I surveyed several moving companies and was most impressed with Cross Country- they were a bit more cost than some others, but i felt secure in knowing they had a set price and there was no "estimated cost" that most other companies were selling. From the initial contact (Jake was great) to the final delivery every team member was courteous, professional and efficient! In a word AMAZING! Cross Country made an experience i was nervous about a smooth and easy job. Would recommend them to everyone! Thanks Cross Country!

We've been relocated by professional movers quite a few times. Two times our moving included professional packing of the stuff. Every time we were very pleased with the result. These guys are really quick and efficient. The whole moving process took 12 days. In the end we got no up-charge for stairs, or furniture pads or dollies.

I am so happy to have worked with Timur and his crews. On both places guys came on time, worked very fast, hard and professionally and were very friendly and careful. We have used cheap movers before and been burned, but we were running low on cash, so had to do it. Luckily these guys were super cool. Nothing was damaged and they were quick. Like really fast. I swear our two movers treated our move like an excuse to get in shape. I recommended these guys to a co-worker last month and he was pleased as well.

The second time, they unloaded our stuff from the storage unit and they loaded it in the truck I had rented for our cross country move. Both time Alex and his helper were very efficient, fair, hard working, cautious with my furniture and easygoing. All of this made the moving process very smooth. Also, Alex did a great work, when loading the truck. Everything was delivered in safe without no damage.

I was looking for a mover that could move my stuffs for a travel. My cousin recommended me for these movers. I moved within the state. The transportation was absolutely great. I stored my belongings for a week in their storage and surprised to see that nothing was tainted. They have excellent storage which is perfect for all kind of weather. After a week they carried the items to my new place at absolutely reasonable price.

Needless to say that I was a little bit concerned, as I had never worked with the professional mover before, but their crew put me at ease immediately. Guys managed to relocate my stuff in one day, for less . All of our possessions were delivered in good condition and shape. The workers did a fantastic and effective job, and were very positive and efficient throughout the entire day.

Marina was so nice to speak to, and everything was all arranged after our conversations. We phoned to remind them about our future relocation, and she knew who we were and informed that our movers crew would be there at 9 am -- and guys came as it was scheduled. The worker were really professional --they were polite, even after walking up and down many flights of steps to get my stuff out of my 7th floor apartment. Movers were fast even the following day when everything arrived. It was a true pleasure to deal with such great crew.

First, they arrived just after the call, even ahead of time. Then they smiled, greeted me and said they were waiting for my orders. I've never felt so comfortable and easy with strangers before, they know what kind of people to hire. Besides their friendliness it appeared they were great professionals: fast, attentive and well-organized. At the end of the move I found out that the price was even lower than I expected, I mean no extra charge. My appreciation.

Having a company as thorough as cross country movers go the extra mile (no pun) all before ever lifting a single item was a huge sigh of relief. On the day of the move I was contacted, again, this time by one of the movers directly named Derrick to inform me that they were in route. They 2 man crew arrived on time. They were both courteous, well spoken and most importantly very professional. They got in and out. I had several large and heavy objects that they wasted little to no time in moving. Derrick and his colleague performed admirably, were quick, efficient and equally professional. I'd definitely use cross country movers company again and highly recommend them if you need well qualified movers.

They were by far the best loaders and unloaded I've ever hired. It works perfect that one is short and one is tall. The movers helped make a hard time MUCH easier. They communicated with me the whole way and answered any questions I had. These guys arrived 15-20min early. They arrived ready to work, moved fast the entire time, and were amazing. They are genuinely good guys and I felt safe with my belongings. Nothing was damaged and the mover went pretty smooth. I couldn't ask better movers and better guys. They were very professional and friendly at the same time and made a stressful day a lot easier than expected.  Thank you cross country movers guys, I would hire again for a long distance move.
