She brought in two other people to help her and was on time. However, (1) didn't follow instructions. I told her not to touch the drapes, but one of her people tried to open them anyway. (2) Moved all of my medications and she made a comment about how many I had. (3) Moved furniture to clean and didn't put it back. I found one small table in the hallway. (4) Complained about how hard the floor was to clean, and didn't clean it well. (5) Dropped two framed photos; thankfully, the glass didn't break. I cancelled the next appointment and told her why.

I hired the provider to deep clean the home I just purchased prior to moving in my personal belongings. The provider did a mediocre job at best. In addition, the provider did not clean my half bathroom as requested, leaving that responsibility for my family and I. My wife and I are extremely disappointed...the level of service did not meet our expectations. The service definitely wasn't worth $320.

It was very good. She is very responsible. On time and did everything she said she would do.

They are professional, thorough and they use natural staff. They avoid chemical staff.

The staff have been extremely thorough and helpful every time.The staff use vinegar to clean because it is more natural. This company is family owned. We have recommend them to a friend.

It was great in the beginning. However there were days where they didn't show up. The cleaning started to be not as thorough but I didn't complain since I just liked a clean house every 2 weeks. Then they just didn't show anymore and that was 2 months ago - so I guess they have removed my house off of their list. I am done with their services!

It went great. I love how they clean. They use all natural cleaners. Vinegar included. Dust off fans. They do good work. You will not be disappointed !!!!

We've been using Connie's now for 3 months. The first cleaning was a deep cleaning and now we are on monthly maintenance cleanings. Connie's team is professional, thorough and polite. Connie's team is usually 2-3 folks and they take about 3 hours to clean our 2300 sq. ft. home. We'll continue to use Connie for our house cleaning services.

Connie and her team were fantastic! We are prepping our house for sale and needed some real professionals to get it whipped into shape. Connie and her team came in and got right to work. They cleaned in places that we didn't even know were dirty. Over the years we have used other cleaning services but I have never experienced anyone with this level of detail and pride in their work. I can completely and totally recommend Connie and her team for any cleaning challenge that you may have. She will put a big smile on your face and a like new shine on your home.

CONNIE'S NATURAL CLEANIING SERVICE HAS BEEN MAINTAINING OUR HOME SINCE FEBRUARY 2013. IT WAS ALWAYS ON SATURDAY, WITH A FOUR HOUR WINDOW - BETWEEN 12:00 PM TO 4:00P PM WHICH WE AGREED TO. HOWEVER, IT LEFT US WAITING, WE WERE ALWAYS THE LAST JOB OF THE DAY. WE CHOSE THE FLAT MONTHLY RATE FOR FOUR WEEKS. AS OF JUNE, 2013, WE DECIDIED THAT EVERY THREE WEEKS WOULD WORK OUT BETTER. EITHER WAY THE CLEANING CREW WOULD LEAVE OUR HOUSE ( WITH A CREW OF TWO, THREE, SOMETIMES FOUR) AFTER 5:00 PM OR 6: PM. MANY TIMES CONNIE WOULD SAY THEY WERE SHORT ON HELP. WE GAVE CONNIE ADVANCED NOTICE (AT LEAST BY TUESDAY) IF WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE THE CLEAINING SERVICE COME THAT SATURDAY. THIS HAS OCCURD ONLY FOUR TIMES. THIS WAY SHE COULD MAKE CHANGES TO HER SCHEDULE. IN MAY, 2014 WE DEDCIDED TO GO ON AN HOURLY RATE, BASICALLY BECAUSE THE CLEANING CREW KNEW OUR HOME AND WAS CLEANING IT IN A MUCH MORE TIMELY FASHION. SINCE THEN, THE CLEANING CREW CAME LATER, WITH MORE PERSONS AND TOOK LONGER!!I I CALLED CONNIE ON TUESDAY 7/8/2014 AT 1:10 PM AND LEFT A MESSAGE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE ON SATURDAY 7/12/2014 DUE TO FACT WE WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE AND PLEASE RETURN MY CALL THAT SHE RECEIVED MY MESSAGE. NO RETURN CALL. I CALLED CONIE BACK WEDNESDAY MORNING 7/9/2014 ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT SHE REMOVED ME FROM HER SCHEDULE PERMANTLY DUE TO PRIOR CANCELLATIONS - SHE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO RETURN MY CALLS OR LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS NO LONG IN HER SCHEDULE !! BAD MANAGEMENT. I WONDER, DID SHE PLAN ON LETTING ME KNOW THIS? I AM SURE THAT CONNIE WILL DISPUTE THIS, HOWEVER, IT IS THE TRUTH. MC , CASTRO VALLEY

Connie and her team cleaned my 2 bedroom, 2 bath house in preparation for renting it out. I had lived there 20+ years and never had it professionally cleaned. They scoured every nook and cranny and left it in immaculate condition. I was disappointed that I would not be the one enjoying the sparkling clean house! The only issue was that they did not arrive at the time we arranged. Connie had 2 workers out sick and her own child was sick requiring her to be home. Her team was behind and did not arrive at the house until late afternoon, but they worked until late that night to finish the job. Connie was able to join them and ensured a thorough cleaning. In the end, Connie came through for me and I was satisfied despite the late start. I would definitely use her services again.

In the beginning the crew showed up on time. I was able to give instructions and leave while the cleaning was in progress. Later, the crew would arrive earlier than expected. When that happened, one crew member would chain smoke in the car (I had a visual from inside the Apt.) before gathering materials to clean. I explained to Connie that an early arrival from the crew was an inconvenience for me. The last straw, was when the crew arrived early. Instead of buzzing my Apt. number, (they evidently forgot my Apt. #) one cleaning member began shouting my name from outside the complex. My Apt. is located on the first level, facing the street. The next day, I called Connie and cancelled all future services.

As other reviews have noted, I don't think you can get better quality than Connie's. Beautiful and clean natural fragrance to the whole apartment when they finished. Looked to me like what a home show would have presented . Fast and thorough pair of workers. Really happy that we called her after reading Angie's List.

These are good cleaners, not the best. But I am very picky. They are as good as you can find!

I've had help in my home for years and Connie's Housecleaning is by far the very best. She is businesslike, organized, knowledgeable; I can't say enough about her. Her crews are courteous, efficient and hard working. Initially I had them come and do a full service detail and now they come twice a month. No time is wasted when they're here. We scheduled Connie and her associates for a well overdue deep cleaning for our house. CNC were prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. What was supposed to be a three hour job turned into an eight hour extravaganza, and the result was a super clean, spotless and gleaming home. What was really impressive: scrubbing each bathroom floor tile until the dirt/grime was gone, making our vintage stove sparkle as if it was never used all these years, and relentlessly cleaning every nook and cranny in our home --- all without using harsh chemicals. We will definitely hire them again for regular cleanings.

Connie's team does a great job cleaning our home. After having them visit monthly for a few years, we have now changed to biweekly. They're great to work with and do a wonderful job.

I found Connie?s Natural Cleaning Service on Angie's List. I had used franchise house cleaning services in the past, but they always left something to be desired. I requested a quote thru Angie's list and received a response from Connie within hours I met with Connie at my home on Friday, September 20th. I walked her thru my home and we talked about the services I wanted. The first service was to be a deep cleaning of the home from ceiling to floor ? a 1,600 sq ft home with 4 bed rooms, 2 baths, a single human resident, three large dogs who shed year round, and a cat who thinks she is a dog. It has been a number of years since a through deep cleaning of all rooms had been done. I received a quote for services, which I agreed to, and the deep clean was scheduled for Tuesday, October 1st. I arrived home from work that evening to a home that literally sparkled. Connie and her crew were still hard at work finishing up the last couple of rooms. They encouraged me to tour the house to inspect their work. I did not find anything that I wanted to be done over, and I am a very picky person. They were very thorough and professional and were able to bring a shine to things where I had tried and failed in the past. Needless to say, I signed up for follow on services every three weeks with this company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of quality house cleaning services. (The approximate cost of service listed is for the recurring cleaning service to occur every 3 weeks, not the initial deep clean service.)

Since Connie's Cleaning crew has started in February of 2013, we started out once every four weeks. This quickly changed to every three weeks. Her team is very professional and polite. They know exactly what I want done and do an excellent job. If something gets overlooked, I remind them the next time they show up and everything is perfect. Since we are babysitting at least two times or more a week now, they do not miss one fingerprint or anything else the grandchildren leave behind ( even after I try to keep the house up to date.) I have gone thru many house cleaners, have had things missing, broken or stolen. This is not the case with Connie's. I could not be happier with this company - they are so good !!!!

i reached the point, health wise, where I was no longer able to adequately keep my home clean. Connie's service was recommended in a Diamond Certified Directory so I decided to give her a try on a monthly basis. The first time, Connie arrived within the agreed upon time window along with two other workers. She spoke to me seeking details concerning exactly which services I wanted completed. I let her know I was particular about things like clean baseboards and window ledges. With my physical limitations I especially wanted everything very high and very low cleaned thoroughly as well as the fridge for these were areas I was unable to clean and therefore would not be cleaned again until their return. I've had them return several times since then. Although Connie does not come each time she has a young man who is familiar with me and my home, and who speaks English, for each return visit. Each time I've been pleased with their work. If I have a concern I relay it to the young man, or Connie herself, and it is immediately taken care of. I find Connie and her workers to be professional and pleasant to work with. WhenI was arranging for my second or third visit from them she once asked me how much I had paid the last time they came. Also, each time I have to give my address for there was no record of it. For this reason my one suggestion would be that Connie uses a computer program to keep track of exactly what duties were performed for each customer as well as the cost. This way customers would have a printed copy of relevant information for their personal records and Connie would have all the information at her fingertips when a customer requested her services again.
