THIS WAS A TURN KEY OPERATION WHICH WAS INCLUDED THE REMOVAL OF THE OLD CHILER AND INSTALLING THE NEW CHILLER AND STARTING THE UNIT. THE CONTRACTOR ALSO PROVIDED THE NEW CHILLER.
