Carpeteria

Work went smoothly. Originally was going to put sheet vinyl over existing floor. But with the size of the refrigerator, the workers had to pull the old flooring out. They did all that with no additional cost.

Good price. Responsive.  The tacks started to come through about a year later and they came back to fix it.

Vick at Carpeteria was very helpful in explaining detailed information about different types of hardwood and which application would work best in our home. The schedulers were responsive. The installers did a great job on each type of flooring.

they were on time and finished the work in the estimated time. It did take 10 days for carpet to arrive as with all places we checked: Lowe's, Home depot and a family owned business in Pale Alto.

The service was excellent. We are very happy with the floor. They did it in about six hours. The staff was professional.

One bathroom went without a hitch. While removing old linoleum from the master bath discovered subfloor damage, which resulted in several weeks delay. Once we told them to go ahead, the second bath was finished in two days.
The carpet came a week later and they completed that work in less than a day.
The workers were professionals and the quality was clear. Would highly recommend again.

The salesperson, Mark (?), was great. Very thoughtful and generally a really nice guy. I was looking to recarpet two bedrooms - didn't want to spend a ton and didn't want anything super plush. He steered me towards some good possibilities. Shopping for carpeting can be very overwhelming. Once he came out to the house to measure, it became clear that some options would create a clearance problem with closet and bedroom doors. I am glad he noticed that because otherwise, I'd have had to have the doors removed and cut -- costing me more. The installers were prompt, polite and thorough. And very quick. Remarkably so. The only negative comment I can make is that the pad installed is not as cushion-y as I had hoped. Because of the concern about door clearance, a very thin pad was recommended. As it turns out, I could have gone with something a bit thicker, which would have been a lot better. Even the installer was surprised by the choice but at that point it was too late.

The material is good. They gave good service.

The experience was very good. They were good with the scheduling, they worked with me and the tenant because it was for a rental. They worked with everyone's schedule, they showed up and finished when they said they would. They did a nice job, I was very happy with them. I've used them before. They don't have great prices, but their probably not any higher than anyone else.

THE INSTALLERS SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED THE WORK EFFICIENTLY. THE CARPETING WAS PROPERLY INSTALLED AND THE OLD CARPET WAS REMOVED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. CARPETERIA ALLOWED US TO TAKE MULTIPLE SAMPLES HOME. WHEN WE SELECTED THE TILE WE WANTED, THE ORDER WAS FILLED PROMPTLY. THE INSTALLERS WERE PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
