BUDGET BLINDS OF SAN LEANDRO

I had a good experience with them. They were excellent and I would use them again. They gave my son what he wanted. We built an apartment over the garage and he wanted blinds. The lady that came out was very nice. She made good suggestions. Her name was Dedra Duggan. I think the price was very reasonable. They were ready when she said they would be. I intend to use them in the future.

Great service and pricing.  In home measurements and estimate done in a timely manner.  Installation was done in just a few hours.

The price was right, the order arrived on time and we are very happy with what we chose.

With credit card, she asked for payment in full at time of order. 1 full month later, our blinds were avail. Was surprised that the installer was a subcontractor. Had to play phone tag & do serious negotiation in order to get a Sat. install date, but he was a nice guy arrived in a marked van & did quick, clean work. He provided verbal instructions on care & cleaning. He advised that our cell shades should not be cleaned with water a surprise as salesperson had said they could be washed in the bathtub. After the work was done, I checked the source where I got the company's name, and they are no longer listed there. The process left me a bit uncomfortable. Had a comparable estimate from another place whose process seemed more smooth, but we liked the cell & vertical selection here better, and of course we'll never know how good the other place really would've been. Bottom line: happy overall with the products & installation.
