Excellent. Jose Guttierrez and his team (primarily his family members) were meticulous in their work and very professional. They were unobtrusive and could deal with toddlers running around and making a mess. Jose's brother even installed a car seat for me when I was asked to pick up one of the toddlers at the last minute. They also painted the exterior of the house.
Jose has an excellent sense of color and strives to make his work perfect. Not many craftsmen around like that anymore!
