The meeting with the designer/estimator went well, and he got excellent support from their plant for my questions which needed further information. I even visited their plant to see the exact material that would be used for my job. The date scheduled for the installation was very reasonable. In fact, they called me to volunteer an earlier date that came open, so the job was done 5 days ahead of schedule. On installation date, two craftsmen did a remarkable job, including quickly overcoming one slightly mis-sized piece. These guys really knew what they were doing, and how to do it properly.

Their price was significantly higher than the typical "kit" installer, but so was their product. A requirement for my job was that the bed be installed close to one exterior wall. The "kit" installers said they could not do this, but for Bayfront, it is the same as routine. My third bedroom now works perfectly as both my computer room / home office, and as an occasional, comfortable third bed room. Due to lack of space, I couldn't even use a sleep sofa, except the twin size. (When folded, the sofa bed arms stick too far out from the wall. The Murphy bed enclosure, when raised,  protrudes about 20 inches less.)
