Aside from being a little spacey, the owner, John Byal, and his work crew were pleasant to deal with. They showed up on time. They completed the work on time. They made every effort to keep the work site clean, which isn't easy crawling in the dirt under the house and hauling old, dirty, insulation-wrapped ducts out of the house. They cleaned up when they were finished.
