He was very thorough, patient and had good ideas and didn't mind giving his opinions. I hadn't done anything like this before. There was so many choices. It was the perfect experience! The guys were on time, did their work and cleaned up. His crew was perfect too!

I viewed the slab and it was a perfect match.  Jack consulted with me on changes to the sink design to prevent this cracking from happening again.  He and his team came one time and did a quality job not only replacing the counter but installing the new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher air gap.  The work was excellent and done on time at the price quoted.  Jack was very responsive with my questions over both email and phone.

Jack replied back to my inquiry within a few hours and let me know they cannot do the job. However, he did offer to have the granite cut for $40 if I bring the granite piece over to their shop and install it myself afterward. Although the provider cannot help with this job to its entirety, they are being extremely professional by promptly and honestly responding to my inquiry with the best they can do.

When I originally went to the show room, I had already selected the granite that I wanted. I was shown this granite by
Haley, a knowledgeable and very professional representative. He spoke to me about the different colors and patterns
and asked me just exactly what I wanted and expected. He also suggested that I look at another selection that may have
been better for me. I don't usually take suggestions very well, but he was very impressive and I decided, after a bit, that
he was correct. I can't tell you how happy I am that I listened to him! My original selection would have been too dark
and much too boring. The granite he suggested is perfect. Dark enough to be interesting and enough pattern to hide
anything accidently left behind.

I might add that the technicians that actually did the installation were punctual and professional. They worked long and
hard and did a magnificent job.

Overall, a perfect experience.

I felt like the price was reasonable. They had good communication and they had people that really sat down with us and took us through the process. They delivered on what they promised and I am pleased.

They have been wonderful so far. I chose brand new granite countertops from this company. I am very happy with the price and they are very responsive. They will be installing the countertops in November.
