Alejandra was very easy to communicate with, always responded quickly for information and to requests, especially as I was abroad for a majority of the work on a garage conversion to an ADU on my parent’s house. Some bottlenecks we experienced were due to the permitting process, just more difficult when dealing with County document requests from abroad. Given the circumstances, Alejandra was very efficient and thorough in delivering what she promised. Her crew was also very neat and polite. We’re very pleased with the ADU.

AE Construction completed a demo and repair of multiple walls (from water damage) in our home. We would hire them again if any future work needs to be done. Communication was outstanding - Alejandra was very professional and friendly - putting our mind at ease with the stress of losing use of 3 rooms in our house. She checked in each day her team was on site. The team, led by Andres was outstanding! Arrived on time each day, worked efficiently and completed the job in less time expected. Work area was kept organized and clean-up done daily. Friendly and welcoming of our 2 dogs. Thank you so much! You all are aces!

We worked with Alejandra and team to update the kitchen and two bathrooms in a recently purchased townhouse. Alejandra was great to work with. She was responsive to our questions and concerns and worked with the business that supplied the materials to make things right when the details went wrong. It was a medium size job (kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, bath vanities, painting, flooring) all done by her hard-working crew in 3 weeks. If you need a general contractor, we recommend talking to Aesthetic Elements.

AE did a fabulous job with my kitchen remodel. They were on time every day for the project, got everything done in a timely manner and were great to work with! I will use them again when I am ready to remodel my bathrooms.

We enjoyed our experience with Aesthetic Elements Construction (AE) very much. We performed a small to medium-sized remodel of our kitchen and some other areas where new walls were built, walls were removed, countertops installed, and other small items. We are very happy with how the work turned out and it was a breeze working with AE. We would definitely recommend using them and plan to use them for future projects. Pricing: We interviewed 5 contractors for our project and they were in the middle of the pack as it goes in terms of pricing. We were more than OK to pay the additional cost from the low bid because they were incredibly professional, provided the most detailed and accurate proposal out of ALL of the companies we interviewed and we liked their portfolio the best. Responsiveness: You always hear of horror stories with contractors being difficult to schedule, pushing start dates, not showing up for work or disappearing as the project ends, we had none of these issues with AE. They were able to start our project early, showed up every single day until the project was complete, finished the project 2 days earlier than projected (would have been 5 days if the Oakland inspectors made it out faster) and communicated if they were going to be late (which only occurred once due to an employees family emergency). Work Quality: We enjoyed their work quality and are very happy with the results. They kept a super clean work site and worked with us on small changes we wanted, adding scope of work due to City of Oakland inspection requirements and worked diligently to make sure we were happy with the end product by going above and beyond on our end of project punch list.

This company deserves a diamond certification. We were serendipitous in finding Aesthetic Elements Construction after another contractor we hired unfortunately had to back out of our two room, one bathroom addition construction project. AEC didn't simply start complete the project, they rapidly transformed our house into a residence worthy of being featured within the pages of an magazine. The crew (they became more akin to friends after the project was completed) was timely, punctual, and attentive to details that could have been easily missed, and even provided recommendations when we looked blankly at certain areas of the project and said "ohmygodwhatdowedo." The project manager, Alejandra, was readily responsive at every minutae of a request we asked her. She visited the site regularly and oversaw the project with unparalleled professionalism and finesse. The project was finished with amazing alacrity. The occasionaly unforseen circumstances were handled creatively, and at minimal cost. They are flexible in working with your budget as well. I cannot recommend this company more. We intend to use AEC for future projects

After many calls and outreach attempts to numerous remodeling companies for estimates on a bathroom addition we finally found Aesthetic Elements Construction. From the initial contact Mary to the very last interaction with Alejandra and Omar I was very impressed! Mary was the only one that provided a cost-effective estimate and she was quick to send it over. Their construction team was efficient and friendly. Alejandra their project manager was very professional, prompt, and communicative throughout the entire project. Lastly Omar had exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Thank you Aesthetic for converting our our small space to a lovely guest bathroom. We get so many compliments from family and friends. We are excited to work with you for our future house projects!

Do you have urgent or non urgent home repairs or want to make some home improvements? Do you dread finding someone to do the work because you struggle finding a competent technician who is fully knowledgeable, who does the work right, who gives you options for repair, who is honest, affordable, available, kind, friendly or respectful of your family (especially during these sensitive times?) Do you watch Home Improvement TV Shows to get ideas but you're not a do-it-yourselfer? I used to agonize and stress about all of the above and always felt at the mercy of repair techs as I was never given options; they fixed things and I was given an invoice. If I wanted to do home improvement, I had to choose between anyone who replied to the work request i posted on Home Advisor. Not the best system. THEN I got blessed by the Construction Gods: Imagine a magical person you could consult with regarding whatever work or repairs you wanted done, (no matter what it is; (electrical, plumbing, concrete, dry wall, construction, paint, inside, outside, etc.) and his person will help you with all of it. Mind blowing, right?! Also, this one person would be honest, and hire skilled craftsman who were reasonably priced and this person would manage any/all jobs for you alone. This person would also be the only person that you communicate with daily for everything; and this communication is clear and concise where nothing is done without your consent or price agreement from beginning to end! Just imagine how dreamy that would be right? I am testimony to confirm that what I just described is NOT A DREAM. That depiction exists and WAS A REALITY for me and my family just a few weeks ago when I hired AESTHETIC ELEMENTS CONSTRUCTION to do multiple home improvement projects at my home. It was the most refreshingly pleasant and professional experience I've had working with contractors. I was communicated to daily by the PM; everyone who stepped foot on my property was personally introduced to me ahead of time; I was provided with complete transparency throughout each project; things were completed on time; contractors were kind, courteous, and flexible with my needs and each job was done flawlessly and affordably. Our home is the nicest on the block and we get compliments daily. They helped us turn the interior and exterior facade of our home from ordinary to extraordinary. They should change their name to AESTHETIC 'ALCHEMY' (Meaning taking something ordinary and turning it into something extraordinary.) CONSTRUCTION. Don't think about it; just hire these guys you will NOT be disappointed.

Great service

An appointment was made. They informed me they would be about 30 minutes late, that was fine. Then after the walk through and explained what I was looking for I was told I would get a break down the next day, if not, it would be the following day at latest. Did not hear back so I sent an email and they basically ask if I still want the break down. A very bad start, this is just a tell tell sign they would be a nightmare to work with.

I found the work quality excellent and the attention to detail impressive. The company has experienced and competent craftsmen and excellent client communication with their support staff. Friendly, competent, and timely. I would definitely use them again.

The project was done quick, efficiently and also looks great. I needed to replace a larger sink with a smaller drain board sink so that I can open up space for a dishwasher. I tried several contractors but they did not want to do the work. Aesthetic Elements Construction completed the project exactly how I expected for a good price. Very pleased with the work.

It went very well. They were clean and respectful. They clean up after the job was done.

They where able to finished the project on time and 1k below budget really happy about this since money is tight during covid. They perform high quality work while keeping in mind consumer budgetary constraints. I look forward to working with them in the near future. In addition the work related to my full home renovation, from kitchen to kitchen floor to bathroom and my living room. They had to remove a low bearing wall to make more room in my house.

Great! Aec helped with converting our backyard tool shed into our own indoor-outdoor fitness center. Their was work was top notch (and best of all they were fastidious and excellent in their implementation of health safety practices!)

We needed remodeling on our house, particularly with the kitchen and bathroom as they were extremely outdated. AE did an excellent job completely redoing both rooms so they had a more modern look. The lead contractor was quick providing us an estimate and went straight to work with his crew on our house. They were very friendly and checked with us throughout the process to ensure we approved of the changes they were making and if they were following the specifications we provided them. Looked great afterwards.
