About us
South County Pools is a soley owned self proprietor business established in 2005. We currently employ 2 full time people, myself and my son, and 2 part time people. We do not use subcontractors. For jobs for which we are not licensed for we offer referrals for those that are. We are members of IPSSA which is a trade association that requires water certification and insurance for membership. We have monthly meetings and discuss the industry as a whole and topics that are of interest locally. We do not charge for estimates, they are totally free. The only thing we request upon acceptance of our weekly services is a check to cover the first months service fee. After the first month of service we send out monthly bills. We are quite good at what we do and I as the owner have a obligation to my clients to perform not only the duties that we have been hired for, but one step beyond. We are aware that if not for our customers we would have no business and we take that thought with us from location to location.
