Work started on time. Some issues with a helpers work. Owner took care of it and did a great job.

Jared responded promptly to my request for an estimate, inspected the job and scheduled the work within a brief time frame. He did the work himself with one helper and completed it almost on time, apologizing for an unanticipated delay in receiving materials. I couldn't be more satisfied; he was pleasant to be around and virtually unflappable as problems inevitably arose. The finished job is excellent!

They have a very good work ethic. I was happy with their services.

Jared who owns Pinnacle was awesome. His design ideas were exceptional, as was his promptness, work and attitude. He said it would be done in 5 days and it was. Best contractor experience ever.

I liked him very much. I contacted Jared who is the owner. It’s a small company and he’s self employed. He’s very good. He came out and gave me an estimate. He came and did the work himself with one helper, and they were excellent. I spent about $2800 on his services. I think the price was fair. He did a lot of work and the quality was excellent. His responsiveness and punctuality were both good. It took a little longer than he had estimated but that happens. So I sort of expected that. His professionalism was good. It was excellent. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

I called Pinnacle Tile and they picked up the phone on my first call, the owner came out and gave me an estimate that afternoon, he even worked around my work schedule! He stayed and answered all our questions and talked us through every step of the process. Since waterproofing was involved we were hesitant that we would not find the right contractor to do the job properly. Pinnacle Tile came highly recommended to us and now we know why, they emailed us an estimate that night and when it was time to schedule the job, there were no additional hidden costs. The job was completed on time as scheduled. They showed up when they said they would and did beautiful work. Will highly recommend them to family and friends.
