Tino really came through for us when we needed him. We had a plumbing emergency where the shower wouldn’t turn off and we needed a new cartridge at 8:30pm. We do not have a shutoff with this shower so we had to shut off water to the whole building to stop the water from flowing! Within about an hour Tino had the new part and the issue was fixed! I can’t say enough about Tino’s responsiveness. If you are looking for a plumber look no further, this is your guy! He’s knowledgeable and affordable, you won’t be disappointed.
