Darren and his crew totally deliver on their promises of a top quality job. Their price is fair, work is excellent and their entire team is first class.

This company burn me so bad! They even unlawfully took my credit card of$15,000 and $18140 unauthorized, they never finished the contract , they never had a water text or walk thru with me as contact required, they even fake the manufacturer warranty! I won the Bond insurance maximum amount of $75000, I won the CSLB arbitration, even with $6 k leak damaged reimbursement! Two years painful experience! But they still have my $18k in their pocket, OC sheriff went to their hose 4 time to serve the Court papers! If anyone wants more details, such as the copy of the contract, copy of the Bond insurance payment, copy of Contractor Boards arbitration award letter, I am very happy to share with you! This is such an awesome hardworking team/crew they did a great job on replacing our roof and very respectful of our property and us as well they showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would hands down best roofing company we have ever worked with and very affordable prices and also I want to say the communication for scheduling and updates is amazing thank you to David and Nicole

This company walked me through the process and cleaned up after. Most importantly they stayed in touch with me and were always available. I wont know until the first rain but I believe they worked hard to do a good job.

I was pre-emptively looking to replace my roof underlayment prior to a solar installation as some of my neighbors experienced leaks after they installed solar without doing any maintenance on the 30-year-old roof. Pacific Blue was quick to respond and came by in person to perform the estimate and talk about options. Many other companies seemed to want to skip this step and provided estimates without stopping by which is a red flag for me. Yes, i know you can size up the roof on google maps but making the effort to come by in person is greatly appreciated. Installation day came by fast and the team that performed the install was definitely into their work. They took a lot of pictures as they worked and were excited to explain what they were doing. They wrapped up the work quick and efficiently with a relatively small team. One of my neighbors went with another company and despite having twice the people work on the roof, it took them twice as long to complete it. Due to this, my other neighbor inquired about the company that did my roof, and I gladly referred them to Pacific Blue.

The job was a partial roof repair. They showed up on time, did what they had promised. Very good worker. Good value. I am very satisfied.

Needed a roof inspection for our single-story condo in Irvine. I called to make an appointment and they worked around my schedule. Grayson arrived on time and provided me a free roof inspection. For all my roofing needs, I know now who to go to: Pacific Blue Roofing!

This is a rental property and I canâ t afford a new roof at this time. Scott discussed possible temporary solution that would buy me time. He also was very responsive and didnâ t put it off because it was a smaller job.

I requested a repair, but after evaluation by David, I was convinced that i needed to replace my 30 year old tile roof. I replaced it with shingles. Throughout the replacement, i received pictures of the work being done and the proof that had i delayed a repair the rotting wood would have caused major problems. The work was done in a timely manner and i was able to access the company throughout the process with questions. The cost was reasonable in comparison to other companies I contacted.

Repair of a flat roof and several skylights. We are happy with the repairs. The work was done in a timely manner.The roof has withstood the recent rains. We are please to recommend the team.

Prompt, tidy, efficient, coordinativo and attentive to questions and requests. Their staff were very friendly and cooperative. Specifically, the owner Darren, the foreman Adam and the supervisor Jose.

Came first day after call and diagnosed the problem and got estimate. Came the next day and made the repair. They had all materials with them. Finished the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves.

So far so good with all the rain we have had. Service and work quality was great. They were a little pricey for the small project we had them do.

They were very responsive throughout the whole process. Kept in touch with me with any update that was needed. Showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner.
