Ocean Honda

A/C was checked and I was told I had to pay either to have A/C fixed or pay to have hood up and A/C checked. I was told I needed refrigerant. I never authorized anything to be done. I was not told that there was a fee for A/C check. I ended up paying for refrigerant, with price was lowered, after I complained. Now, less than 200 miles of driving, the A/C stopped working again. I brought it to another service center.

Found out that the car had a blown head gasket, numerous oil leaks, bad right half shaft. Was advised to find alternative to Honda repairing it since it would not be cost effective.

I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for about 6 years, ever since the car was new. I keep going back because iI am treated very respectfully and professionally, am offered transportation if I don't care to wait, and never surprised when it comes time to pay for the service. They do what they say and charge what they estimate, and treat me very well.

I have really been happy with their service. They do good work and are honest. They are very friendly. They just believe in service. They give me a clean car back. They say what they are going to do and they do it. They are trustworthy and easy to work with. My last oil change was $900 but it is a fourteen-year-old car, and we needed to do the brakes unfortunately. They are very good. I am in and out, and if it is a short thing, I can wait there. They are really nice people. They even do seminars for people who buy their vehicles and don't understand how to run a Bluetooth, USB and so on. They schedule classes and their mechanic goes through all that information. The price is fine; it is not out of line. They are great.

We've been going there about 15 years. They are a bit expensive but very honest and reliable. They do quality work.

. I think for a dealership they are excellent. If I take my car in for a problem they will fix it. Since I have been going to them I rarely have any problems with the car. So I tend to think may be that it is not because it is a Honda product but because we do a good job of its maintenance. I don't deal with the mechanics there. I deal with the service managers and they are very good. I never had to take the car back once they have fixed something. I will continue to use them in the future.
