Neal came to my house and promised to provide me a landscape plan in short order. He asked for payment in advance, and I stupidly paid him $1200.00. He then disappeared for months before sending a few excuses via email after I started hounding him for the plan. Needless to say, I got ripped off and now have to take this to court.

Everything went great.  This was a well organized job.   The crew was  always on time for each step of the project. The materials were delivered on time.  All  appointments were well coordinated with the inspector and all passed.  The actual masonry work is top quality and looks great.  I will definitely be using Neil A Mofhitz for my next major landscape improvement project.
