I expected poster within a wk. After 10 ten I e-mailed inquiring about poster. Didn't hear back, called. Lady in office checked and said poster was out of stock and she would call me back on Fri the 18th to let me know if it would be available. In the meantime I received answer to my e-mail apologizing for delay and saying I would get poster when it came in. I called on Thurs to cancel order since I didn't want to take a chance that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas. This time the office girl was rude. I told her to cancel order and also sent another e-mail. Don't know how long it takes to refund. Very unhappy that they took my money and just ignored me.
