The hardest part was figuring out how to design the system for our 3 level condo in Laguna Beach. After talking with many others, Michael Johnson was the only one that came up with a logical, practice, economical and effective solution. We decided on a split system for heating and air, with a slim condenser outside (our HOA has tons of rules and regulations so not easy).

Very professional, went immediately to the problem, and replace a major part of my A/C unit. Cleaned around the condenser, and was very professional in his service. I felt he was trustworthy and honest.

Had a very bad experience from another company that wanted to charge me over $5k and took the blower assembly. When I canceled the job because of the outrageous price this company would not return the blower assembly. With help from this company and a of other people I was able to get the blower assembly back. Mark Hassinger then sent an installer over at 7am the next day to check that all parts were working to proper specifications. The blower assembly never did have anything wrong in my opinion but Marks' installer made sure that the previous company installed it properly added the filter and measured the amount of heat and air coming out ofthe ducts were correct.

On January 14, 2010, Hassinger walked off of the job at my residence and violated the terms of our contract for the installation of a heating and a/c system. In August, 2012 Hassinger was found by the courts to have violated the law and was ordered to pay me $33,223.00 in damages and restitution. As of January 10, 2013, Hassinger has refused to pay the court ordered restitution. I had to have Hassinger's bonding company pay a small portion of the restitution. In addition, the Contractor's State License Board is currently investigating Hassinger for violations of contractors license law regarding abandonment of job, failure to pay a judgment and operating without a valid contractors license. The CSLB has currently suspended the business license until the judgment has been paid in full or a settlement/payment plan is agreed upon.

The workers came on time and stayed on task for 3 whole days. They were respectful and clean.

Mark was on time and did a very through job with main tanning my system. Replaced furnace filter replaced register in family room that I had ordered previously.

Just great old-fashioned service with excellent results.

They are a very professional company.

We have used them for about ten years. We are very happy with the work. they are a good company who does good work at a fair price.

The work turned out wonderfully. Everything works as it is supposed to. The people that came to do the work were fabulous. I would use them again in the future and I will refer them to others.
