 + -1 moreHe used tools and techniques I had not seen before and quickly fixed the broken pipe. He was friendly, cheerful, well-groomed, and did no try to sell any unnecessary services. There was no need for follow-up or correction.
Description of Work: He responded to an emergency call to fix a leak in a water line that had been broken by a floor repair contractor. He arrived within minutes and permanently fixed the leak. He could have charged a lot more for the work, considering the desperate situation, but he only charged $50.
