At this point all I want to know is when or if I will receive a refund. Over the past few weeks I have called both the national and regional branch and was told that I could expect to receive me new carpet any day. But on April 9th Fab Show Inc never showed. When I called the regional branch, I was told they couldn't help me and instructed me to contact the national office. After being hung up on numerous times, now the national office won't answer my calls. And now I being told by the regional branch that I will not be able to receive a refund. I don't want this to happen any one else. You would think I wouldn't have this problem with a national chain store. I was wrong.

I walked in to get some information about tile and the types of tile that would work in my home. There was a person by the name of "Bailey" that said to come back only if I am "ready to install"as there are always color changes in tile. He also was checking his cell phone and texting while I was trying to talk to him. As we sat down, he was eating his lunch.

good pre-purchase assistance, excellent at collecting the payments from us, good installation contractors, poor customer service. Getting someone to come back and fix/adjust problems was painful. But the installers did a very good job initially.
