Excellence House Cleaning

The owner of this company, Catalina, is dishonest and unprofessional. When she first contacted me, she told me it would be $120 for 2 hours of cleaning to prep for an AirBnB, which I agreed to. She even told me that her normal process would be to clean out drawers and cabinets for that price, but I told her she didn’t need to because I already did. I had to be out of town for the cleaning, so I gave her my front door code and she went in and out on her own. Little did she know my front door lock has a camera as well as a time stamp for entry and exit. She was there 30 min late, but for exactly 2 hours, and sent me photos of PARTS of what she cleaned, so I assumed everything was fine. I sent her a Venmo for $145 (included a tip even though I hadn’t seen it in person, but trusted her). However, instead of thanking me for the tip, she told me I owed her more money because it was $120 PER hour, which I never agreed to, and she said it was more because there were 5 people at my house. I told her I was really frustrated and upset because that was not what we discussed, but sent her the remaining money anyway, and all she said was “appreciate it”. She didn’t care whatsoever that I was upset. So when I get home, expecting my house to be spotless for that price and 5 people working on it, yet half the things I had asked her to do weren’t done. It was gross. And it took me hours to clean the rest of it. I also reviewed my videos and there was NEVER 5 people that came to my house. Only 2 ever came. I have everything documented. So I text her and asked for half my money back since she only did half the job AND lied to me about the staff, and she refused, sending me photos again of what she DID clean, but wouldn’t address the rest that wasn’t done. Do not work with this woman. This is exactly the kind of dishonest housekeeper we all are afraid to have work for us.

You will not be disappointed! The crew has been cleaning our beach vacation rental for about 5 years! Vacation rental cleaning is a tough job and they do not disappoint! They are reliable, communicate well, detailed, and they leave our house looking fresh, sanitized, and spotless. We have used many cleaning companies in the past and none compare. They treat the house as if it is their own and take great pride in their work.

Catalina and her crew did an amazing job for me deep cleaning after a renovation and on a weekly basis. She is also a quick communicator and responsive to requests and texts.

Catalina and her crew arrived right on time, cleaned the three-story townhouse quickly and efficiently, and did a terrific job - including doing a few things I didn't expect for a one-time cleaning such as the ceiling fans. I would hire them on a continuing basis if I didn't already have a house cleaner who has worked for me for 10 years. But if she decides to retire.....

Catalina and her crew were on time and extremely efficient. Kitchen appliances, counter tops, cabinets all sparked. Great attention to detail, appears to have no problem moving minor clutter associated with having small children to get all surfaces clean. I definitely plan on hiring them again.

Catalina and her crew of ladies are the best! I’ve used them 5 times now and every time the house looks sparkling clean! We have a dog who sheds like crazy on our hardwood floors. The floors are cleaned to perfection! The bathrooms and kitchen are left immaculate! I couldn’t be happier!

Catalina has been with us since 2008, shortly after we moved to Coto. She is ethical and honest. I trust her and her team around our grandchildren, our three kitties (since they were kittens) and with our house. From the beginning, she had a schedule to maintain cleaning, one week cleaning the upper kitchen cabinets then the following week the lower cabinets, she moves sofa's/furnitures away from walls and cleans behind them, We have three kitties and she cleans under each bed and finds toys, kids cloths, and tons of cat hair. If something look out of place or damage, she tells me immediately to see if it's something her crew did or something I already knew about, almost 100% it's something I knew about and not from her crew. When we have parties I like to schedule Catalina to clean the day after and she ALWAYS accommodates me. When we had a wedding at our home, we hired Catalina to help keep things in order and she was wonderful. She made everyone feel comfortable and kept everything organized and clean. She kept an eye on the bathrooms to make sure they always had toilet paper and Kleenex towels and kept clean for each guest. She was amazing. Since we hired her and her crew in 2008, she has never stood us up, 100% reliability!!!! She's always the last one out the door, because she makes sure everything is done correctly and everything is in order, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her and trust her 100%. I would highly recommend Catalina and her crew to anyone and I know they will not be disappointed. We have 4 adults, three children, three cats and 10 fish, 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, two home offices, a busy kitchen, a family room full of kids stuff, kitty toys, trophies from all three kids....this should give you a good picture of what they have to clean every week and they do perfectly in about am hour and a half.

Very reliable, timely and professional. They clean where other cleaning services don't clean. They are very detailed when it comes to cleaning. Been using them for about 8 months now. They are in and out in an hour.
