David is unbelievable! I called David and before the weekend was over he had replaced my mailbox. He started to do all the work before I even signed with him. He brought in all the needed providers and within two weeks I was ready to sell my home. I was so overwhelmed and he took everything out of my hands. I cannot say enough good things about him. Within two months the home sold for full price. He is honest and he really cares. I cannot believe what he did for me. He really went the extra mile. His prices are also reasonable. I still call him for advice and recommendations. He always gets it done.
