They are an excellent team! Foreman Harrison, Kamaron, Ryan and Carlos are hardworking men who work very well together, resulting in a smooth process. They all are also very pleasant, good-natured, helpful and informative. The palm trees were in a small garden in the back patio, surrounded by plants and fences and irrigation pipes. To clear the way to access the stumps for grinding, they removed some plants and replanted them when done. They had to remove the patio door to get the grinder through it. One of the palms was in such a tight space that the grinder couldn't dig deeply enough, so they finished removing the stump manually. With no gate to access the patio, they had to pass the cut-up trees and stumps, etc. manually over the fence. I cannot say enough good things about these men and how well they handled a difficult job! And the price was very reasonable. I will happily recommend them to anyone who needs tree service. Simon was very professional. Crew arrived on time as promised and did a quality job. They cleaned up well (it makes a mess to grind the stump). There was quite a bit of debris up on a side roof they didn't see, but after I told them, they came back and cleaned that off (blew it off and then hosed it down, cleaned out gutter). Very happy they stood behind the job.
