Tony arrived and looked at the water bubbling up near my water meter. I had already done some digging, but he determined that more digging would need to be done. He called a younger employee to come to my house to do the digging. The younger employee named Chris worked while Tony literally sat on my step and watched the whole time. When he presented me with the bill, Tony charged me for BOTH of their time at 7 hours each. If I had realized that he was going to charge me for sitting and watching for 7 hours, I would have asked him to go home. I suppose that I was naive, but I felt very taken advantage of.
