Terrible company! When they came out, they realized that the only problem was that a switch got turned off on our fireplace, which we were not aware of. All they did was turn on the switch and reposition the logs in the fireplace. The whole process took about 20 minutes, and they still charged us a full $249.00 service fee just for coming out. Absolutely ridiculous!!! And they showed up 2 hours late!! We received no receipt or paperwork showing that they were even here!! So sad to see people take advantage of others in this way!! I tried to reach out via phone and email, and have received no response.

I hadn't ordered one before and had no idea how to go about it. They walked me patiently through the process, start to finish, and were responsive and always super friendly even through my "dumb" questions. The installers were pros as well - dealt with our strange, third floor layout like champs and were friendly and easygoing while still maintaining an extremely high level of professionalism. Excellent pricing, too!

asked capo fireside to do a repair on the fireplace flu to prevent smoke going into the house. we decided on putting in a gas log system. their price was fair. they arrived on time and also installed a metal screen to keep the cats out of the gas log embers. we will use them again with no issues.

THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS CLEAN & NEAT. THE INSTALLATION DID NOT TAKE LONG & THE STAFF CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
