Do not move here if you expect reasonableness and respect. Everyone is so lovely when you are looking and moving in, but watch out because they will screw you over in the end. The move out fees are totally unreasonable and they will threaten you with a collection agency if not paid immediately. They know if you are concerned about your credit score (which isn't everyone, especially when you are moving) that you will just pay their unreasonable fees. They also do not understand what a legal contract is. Not sure if all Lyon Communities are like this, but I'm sure going to let them know at headquarters what this one is really like. Nice to your face and stab you in the back (wallet, really).

This was a very nice place and very posh. This is a great place if your beach person.

It is a good facility and I liked it. Overall, it was a good thing. The one thing is that you can expect to lose about $600 of your deposit. It is a wonderful community and a wonderful place to live in. The management there is fair and they do a very good job. The facility is wonderful and so are the apartments. My only complaint about the entire time of living there would be the return of the deposit. They just leave $600 out for daily maintenance stuff, which should have been included in the price of rent. The rent was about $100 higher than I thought appropriate. I would use them again if I had to.
