great..late showing up for appt but everything else was great. felt she was honest and did a great job on the work performed.

I've used them a couple of times. Overall they are great when I can get hold of them. The only drawback is that they have banker's hours unless there is a special call that they agree to. It was a little difficult to get hold of them. Once I got into their queue they were very professional and called to follow up and tell me when they would meet me at the property. They did what I asked them to do and I was very happy with that. The price was fair for what they did. It is a small business and I tried to go to their shop a couple of times and they were always closed. They have limited hours in the shop but they have a voicemail and they called me back. They were very good and showed up on the agreed upon time and day. The quality of their work was very good. I had no complaints about that.
