The owner, Albert, was very punctual and responsive from time of bidding to end of job. When the pavers completely dried up (about 3 days later), there were circular stain marks that were not present before they performed their service. I called Albert, he came out to inspect, agreed to resend his crew to fix the problem. No one ever showed up. I called repeatedly and got no response. This contractor appears very attentive and professional before he takes the job. He sells an image of his company working on big commercial projects and little ones like mine. It may be true but when things go wrong (especially for a small project), he did not do the right thing.
