Had a very good experience with American Fabrication. Love my new modern black iron horizontal railings. Beats 1990’s carpet wrapped stair edges and wood spindles! If looking to sell it’s also a great home improvement… love at first sight. The team brought this monster in one piece and were very careful of my newly installed and painted stairs and skirting. Very nice team, polite and professional at what they do. See before and after pics..

After dealing with terrible contractors and wasting money trying to replace stair railing in our house, American Fabrication Concepts was the perfect choice. Their quality of materials, design, and work was fenomenal! Jordan was very attentive and fast replying to our inquiries. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. I wish we went with them sooner. 100% recommend.

Jordan and Colin did a great job repairing and reinforcing my glass/handrail system in the backyard. Jordan was responsive and quick to get me the quote and was able to come out relatively quickly to perform the work. Definitely would recommend AFC for metal work.

Very happy with Jordan and team with American Fabrication Concepts. Went from 1990 wood spindles and railing with the lovely carpet wrapped edge to MODERN BLACK TEXTURED POWDER COATED IRON HORIZONTAL RAILING. Very professional team and they did a great job. It was amazing to see this come in one piece and no bumps! Definitely an upgrade that adds value and aesthetically pleasing. First thing you see as you enter my home. Couldn’t be happier.

Wrought Iron Fence Installation
I interviewed 3 people for this job. It was 170 linear feet of wrought Iron. The wrought iron fence had to be removed and this new one installed. It took Jordan and his helper 3 days start to finish. His pricing was very fair. Jordan and his helper were very personable and focused on their work. They did a great job! I would highly recommend them. I also checked out several of their references and each one said the same thing . They really liked Jordan.

Wrought Iron Fence Installation
Jordan and his colleague replaced a metal backyard fence. The pricing was comparable to others and the fence looks really good. They even took down a few poles and string lights that were tied to the old fence and put them back on the new one. They took care to keep the noise level down and cleaned up very well after their work.

The owner Jordan was extremely responsive, showed up on time, and finished the project early! Jordan replaced an old wood spindle staircase with a gorgeous horizontal style iron staircase railing.
