I pay monthly. I have no lawn, just the shrubs. He is reliable. He comes and when we ask him to do something a little different, he helps and stays around for you. He bills properly which is the problem I had with my last one guy. He would write just and put the bill on the door, who knows when and he was ruining my cheque and things like that so we covered that and screwed that up.
I never ask him to do anything other than the shrubs. If I have a lawn it will be different. He comes on time.

Lawn Service, Lawn Fertilization and Treatment
It has always been Robert. He is dependable and always does a good job. It is a basic service. He doesn't do all the shrubs and things, sometimes he does. He was pretty up front about that from the beginning. He will add anywhere from $10-$30 anytime he puts fertilizer on. I have been happy with him on the other hand I am not very critical. If someone were to live and die by their garden it would be different. I recommend him to people who are looking for the same thing I am. If you are looking for the ultimate in gardening, maybe he can do that but that is not what we pay him for.
