Had appt. for ride to airport. They didn't show up, didn't call and didn't care. When we called, they said they could send someone in 15 min, but since we called after waiting 10 min or so past the scheduled time, that would have been too late.

The cab arrived on time and proceeded to I-85 North to go to the hospital. Approximately half-way up the freeway to our turn-off on Bascom Avenue, the cabbie announced that he was low on fuel (natural gas) and proceeded to pull off onto (I believe) Camden Avenue. After winding through rush-hour traffic the driver pulled into an area surrounded by a chain-link fence full of school buses. He circled around the lot then decided that the and quot;line was too longand quot; and turned back onto the street. At that point I was very upset and told him to get me to the hospital immediately or I would call 911 on my cell phone. When we arrived at the hospital he refused to accept payment as I was so upset. This incident really scared me. I did not know if I was being kidnapped or if the cabbie was just an idiot. The answer is undoubtedly the latter, but this was highly unprofessional and off-key behavior. When my daughter called the cab service to complain they laughed at her.
As a result of this experience not only will I never call this company again, I would hesitate to use any cab.

This was my first time using a cab in San Jose, though I have used cabs in major cities before this trip. I had an early flight from the San Jose Airport and I was picked up from home at 4:30am. Very prompt, even a few minutes early. Our front door is hidden from street and because it was dark and early I did not want to stand on the sidewalk waiting. They provide a courtesy phone call announcing their arrival to the house and asking if you need additional time to come out the door. The driver was helpful with my luggage and got me to the airport in a safe and prompt manner. Will definitely use them again.

Great service! Called a day ahead to reserve a cab, which arrived on time (at 3:45 a.m.) and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Helped with luggage, polite, friendly, professional. $2.50 to get in the cab, plus $2.50 a mile. For the two of us, ended up cheaper than a van shuttle service. Cabs waiting in line at the airport for the trip home, no reservation required.

The dispatchers and drivers have always been professional and courteous. In the 20 years we've used this company, there has been only one mix-up, which was very quickly remedied when we called. The cab almost always arrives a little bit early, never late. The cost is well worth a comfortable, stress-free ride. There is always a cab at the airport ready to take us home.

I have used them several times to go to the airport. They always come right on time. The drivers are polite and familiar with airline gate information.

YELLOW CAB IS VERY RELIABLE. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES. THEY HAVE ALWAYS COME THROUGH.
