Steve's crew painted our house the week of September 8, 2015.  They primed and painted the new steel gutters and downspouts (installed as part of a roofing job reviewed separately) and painted the entire exterior with three colors that we picked, using Behr Premium Plus Ultra paint.  Steve offered his advice on colors, but we decided what we wanted and we provided drawings of what we wanted done.  The windows on our house had been installed (years ago, not by Xteria) with white vinyl frames and a really ugly urethane sealant fill which had turned dark yellow and collected dirt.  Steve's crew did a very good job of painting over the affected areas so that all the windows look MUCH better.  We examined their work very critically, from ground level to the top of the gutters, and all of our questions were answered and all our requests were completed.  The crew leader checked with me frequently during the job to make sure they were interpreting our instructions correctly.  We had an unanticipated problem with a green color bleeding through from several paint layers below the one they were covering (!) on a couple of walls, showing up only after the paint had dried, but they resolved that with some sealant and more paint.  Recommended, especially if you're particular about what you want.

It took a week to finish the job. There were 4 or 5 workers to do the job. They left the area clean. They had a really good product and the owner was really easy to work with and very nice. They could have maybe prepared me for how messy it would be to take off an old shake roof.

Xteria put a new roof on our house about 7 years ago and it came with a
10 year warranty.  A couple of months ago we had a leak near a skylight
during a rainstorm.  I called Xteria at 8 a.m. and they were out to our
house and up on the roof in, I'm not kidding, half an hour.  The problem
was not the roof itself but leaves from our street trees that had
clogged the flashing around a skylight causing the leaves to dam up the
water thereby causing the leak.  Steve and his crew figured out the
problem, redid the flashing and we have had no problems since.  Also,
even though our warranty does not cover skylight leaks, Xteria fixed the
problem for free.  Great crews and even greater customer service.  I
would hire them again in a second.

They came out and did the work quickly. They fixed some unusual problems on the roof and did that at a fair price.

Job - from first contact to estimate to work to final inspection - went like clockwork. From the first meeting I had complete in owner Steve Capos. When I met Steve for estimate he said his philosophy was simple - quality work at reasonable price and don't leave the job until the customer is 100% satisfied.

I was not at home during the installation but overall it went well. My husband was very pleased with the work and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Also leading up to the work, we got very good advice about the best roof venting system to install and we feel that they gave us the cheaper but better way to go in roofing over the old roof rather than a complete re-roofing. We had accessibility issues and therefore extra difficulty and expense of packing out the old roofing material so roofing over the old roof was the better way to go.

It went very well. Front office: great. Whenever I called I got someone who knew what they were talking about. This did not happen for the other roofing companies I talked to. Was willing to take this small job, which is also hard to find. Price/estimation: good. They got an estimator out quickly and estimated 72 broken tiles. The fumigators had estimated "16" broken tiles, they found 72. Work: great. The workmen came out very soon after confirmation, and got it all done in a morning, I had asked to see some of the broken tiles and they obliged. I would think they would be great in an emergency. Cash collection: a little pushy (wanted to be paid the next day, called several times). We paid them a week later, as we needed to be sure no one in the complex had complaints.

Xteria was great to work with. We received four bids; they weren't the cheapest in terms of price, but for the quality of materials and schedule, they were by far the best! Project started ahead of original schedule and was completed in just 3 1/2 days; two days better than their estimate. Workers were great and Xteria did a great job cleaning up. Would get a personal visit from one of the co-owners every day to make sure we were happy with how it was going. Since the roof has a 40 year guarantee, I probably won't put another roof on, but would strongly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new roof or repair.

They were there first thing in the morning to rip off the old roof. They kept a very clean site. No debris left lying around. They blended the two colors we chose very nicely. Job was complete in three days. Great job!

Polite, accommodating, competent, quick to quote, reasonably priced, and did a good job. They know the roofing, not just the business side, but the customer-service and job-quality side too.

Roofco is a very professional and thorough roofing company. We hired them to install a new roof, onto the new addition we had added to our home. We also replaced the existing roof. It was a large addition of two bedrooms and another bathroom. These men did great, the roof was nice, and everything was cleaned up very well when they were done.

THE CONFERENCE WITH THEM GAVE US INFORMATION ABOUT DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATERIALS AVAILABLE & THEIR EXPERT OPINION ABOUT WHAT WOULD FIT OUR NEEDS. THE ROOF REMOVAL & INSTALLATION WAS VERY QUICK & CLEAN. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.

I REALLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR FOR THE KIND OF WORK THEY DID. THE WORK WAS VERY HIGH QUALITY, VERY PUNCTUAL ON EVERY TASK THAT THEY PERFORMED.
