The items were delivered at the time stated.  During installation of the light, my installer dropped the glass sconce.  I contacted Wright Lighting and they got me a replacement at no cost.  Great service. Made me a lifelong customer.

Anthony from Wright Lighting was amazing.  We had already tried to get our fireplace fixed using two other vendors and failed, and finally found Wright Lighting.  They were by far the most responsive and professional of all the vendors.  It took multiple visits to figure out the problem, but Anthony did not give up.  We were almost to a point where we thought we were going to have to replace the entire unit, but because Anthony was thorough we only had to pay for a small broken part.  We were thrilled with the service to say the list.  Thank you Wright Lighting!

The lights came in on schedule.  However, Glenn found something wrong with them, so he sent them back.  Isn't that great?  Not

too many shops would inspect an item so carefully.  When the replacement arrived, Glenn notified us.  I arranged for the electrician to pick up the lights.  Everything went well.  The lights are installed and look beautiful.

They were punctual.  They were here when they said they were going to be here.  They made an effort to get the job done before Christmas as we wanted it.  First they said they couldn’t do it but they managed to get it before the holidays.  They were easy to work with. They answered questions and were knowledgeable.  They had broad range of products to choose from.

First time using Wright.  Good showroom but if you don't see what you want they help you find it in one of their extensive catalogs.  We wanted a craftsman style light fixture.  They found just what we had in our minds.  They know their stuff and are very helpful.  Placed the order and it arrived earlier than expected!  Plan to use them for future lighting needs. They are a long-time family-run business and offer great customer service.

I would use them again.

 Our fixture was one we had to order and they said it would take four weeks.  It came in two weeks!!!  We love it.  So much better than the big box as far as service and selection is concerned.  We will be going back and ordering a new dining room light fixture and living room light and ceiling fan combo. Friendly staff, good location with off street parking.

The service call was $75 minimum. We both thought it was fixed. He was courteous and did a good job. I thought the price to come out for a service call was pretty standard. He never actually had to fix anything. They were pretty busy and it took them a couple of days to return my call. If my fireplace stops working again they will be the people that I call.

Wright Lighting was very helpful. I was having a problem because the new wall sconces that I had bought for my older (1928) home didn't have switches on the fixture. They were great at coming up with a solution and discussing the options and how it would look on my fixture. They did the customization quickly and the lights looked great. You can't even tell that the switch was added. I'm very happy with the lights and the service.

We also got the pelmet light from them which are being installed today by our electrician. My husband said that they were excellent in everyway. The guy that owns the company has a very tiny place and does not have a showroom, but he is very knowledgeable. We had been to a lot of other places, but we choose them because they were much more helpful and a lot less pricey. He was a very knowledgeable young man and he also gave me brochures, so I could look through and see if I liked something. He also had a particular glass that I liked that was from Italy and had to be ordered. It would have taken much too long and was way out of our budget and we were already way out of our budget. He was excellent in every way.

He relocated the gas pipe and they put a nice grate in it and then added ceramic logs and some embers underneath. It looks real and will add a nice ambiance instead of looking at an empty fireplace. He came when he said he was going to be here.

THE MAN THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY GOOD. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING WHEN HE WAS DOING THE FAN. IT WENT IN VERY QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.
