Great experience! From start to finish Wise Builders were professional. The project manager was always communicating with me and giving me updates about my project. I would get notified when inspections are passed and if anything is needed on my end (for example; shopping items like tile grout appliances etc...) The crew that was assigned to me project were great! They were on time each morning and always came in the house with a smile and there work shows. The quality of the project was the highlight here. Everything was handled with care and attention. Nathan and Wise Builders have a very talented crew that can get the job done on time, efficiently, and on budget. Thank you to Nathan and the team at Wise Builders. I highly recommend for any homeowner NOT looking to break up there job and be a full time project manager to work with wise builders!

Nathan, what can I say about you?! You went beyond my expectations with remodeling my kitchen. You're young, smart and very knowledgable with your business and I'm extremely happy me and my wife decided to go with you and your company. I went with wise builders after doing my homework and getting several estimates. I have been warned before about how to choose the right contractor. I had several bids also come in ranging from ridiculously low cost to unreasonably high. Wise builders came in right in the middle and I had the best feeling with the project manager I also felt the the price was fair. Now my kitchen and roof is complete with approved permit. (Took them 4.5 weeks)

I met with Nathan the project manager. He was very helpful with guiding me through the construction (this was my first time remodeling). Remodeled my kitchen w/ an island, 2 full bathroom remodels one of which is my master which was completely changed around and walk in closet.
Nathan and the tremendously professional crew were great. They had all the tools from the Architect/designer to the foreman and workers. I am absolutely happy about my experience with Nathan and wise builders and I definitely recommend to use them if you are in the market for a good contractor with fair and competitive pricing. We all know that's an important one!

I met with Nathan. He was assigned to be our project manger. We chose him because he was helpful and was able to guide us in the direction we wanted. He was not pushy like all the other contractors that came over. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. He also gave us a lot of recommendations of where to go for tile, countertops, cabinets etc... As well as many design ideas. Nathan really has a lot of patience & experience, I have noticed he will always be of help when it comes to questions and guidance. He provided us with shopping list items and quantities. Everything was organized that way the shopping for the project materials was done easily and on time. We finished the shopping Phase and nathan was quick to schedule the crew to begin the demolition. My kitchen and master bathroom were both done simultaneously so there was a good amount of Construction done at the house. But, the crew was nice, friendly and surprisingly clean (for a construction project). The guys are highly professional and the quality shows! I am definitely a happy customer and wise builders was really able to make my experience doing remodeling in my home a good one! Definitely will be using them for some more work in my house in the future.

Remodeled my master bathroom ($31,000.00). Project manager was nice and professional. Workers were on time and always helpful. Very satisfied with my experience with nathan and wise builders. Definitely will recommend them to my friends/family. I have future projects to do with them. Great find!!!
