Wilmar Plumbing went far and beyond my expectations. First of all, they answered the phone immediately. It's amazing how many contractors don't respond immediately. They arrived when they said they would. And they explained what they were doing and what needed to get done. They made me feel safe in thinking they weren't out to take advantage of me because I wasn't familiar with plumbing. They ended up doing another job in addition to the one I hired them to do when I started asking questions about a problem I had been having. They offered to do that job and I appreciate that it got done in a timely manner. I would hire them again.

2 plumbers came, they speak english, but didn't seem to speak fluently. but could communicate well enough. Did they fix the leak? Yes. They replaced the pop up assembly and applied silicone to the faucet. However, my sink is Venetian bronze and the replacement pop up assembly is chrome; they don't match and it looks ugly. The silicone applied is something you cannot see from afar, but notice if you inspect the faucet and countertop surface, and it's kinda ugly. I would hire a different plumber if I had a problem in the future.

Terrific experience! Wilmar is so friendly and professional. Easy to contact, got an appointment quickly, and they were right on time. These guys know their stuff, and were really conscientious about the cost. They found a solution for my ancient valve that was quick and reasonable (when they could easily have said "this all needs to be replaced and it's going to cost you.") They truly looked out for what was best for me. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Wilmar took pictures under the house; we devised a replacement plan and did the job the next day. A few unexpected complications but were taken care of to finish the job. I am completely satisfied with job and do not expect any future problems.

Wilmar accommodated us even though it was the end of the day and provided us with a free estimate of drain cleaning. He and his team also looked through the crawl space and gave us a rough idea of installing a main drain cleanout for the future. After confirming that we needed the drain cleaning, his team came on the immediate next day and performed the services to satisfaction. Would definitely contact them again. Still waiting for their estimate of installing main drain cleanout though.

Wilmar Plumbing crew is courteous, punctual and goes the extra mile to get the job done. We had a pleasant experience working with them when we asked them to come for repairing a leaky toilet. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any plumbing job.

We just purchased our townhome and, while still moving in, found the kitchen sink wouldn't drain. I called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate, but instead they showed up on time and proceeded to stay to get the clog removed which ended up being much further down the pipe than expected and a bigger job than I expected. Wilmar was professional and walked me through every step of the process explaining exactly what needed to be done and why. Despite the job taking longer than expected, they stayed and spent significant time cleaning up and triple checking their work. Being new to the area, it is nice to have a plumber we can trust and we would definitely hire Wilmar again.

Wilbur came out the same day with excellent updates on ETA that allowed me to time my activities. Entire clean out took less then a hour. Service was very professional and very personable. Prices are very comparable to other local plumbers. Highly recommend.

He promptly arrived, was pleasant and courteous, and did what was required to complete the job. The installation of a showerhead (a gift we had received) was added with an additional charge.. This service was performed during the holiday season and on a Friday before the weekend. We appreciated his coming to our rescue!
