Meh, took me three calls to get a response from the scheduler. Came out said that the gutters they installed during a re-roof were pitched correctly, or "they follow the roofline".  I'm not in the trade(s), but c'mon...there is a reason to pitch the gutter, so pitch the gutter, darn it. I doubt it works well, but oh well.  Good price tho. | |Won't use them again, and would encourage my GC to search for another vendor.

We arranged to get low-profile gutters and downspouts, matching the previous style we had. We provided our general contractor (as this was part of large renovation project, including a new roof), the roofing subcontractor and Wildcat Metals with  indicating the style and location of the downspouts.

There was some back and forth confusion, such as to the location and orientation of the downspouts, so we had to repeat ourselves at least a couple times, even though we thought we provided enough information. We specified a design which would prevent water draining too close to the house, and to minimize dripping sounds during heavy rainfall. It took Wildcat a couple times to figure out what to do: they weren't too keen on making multiple-jointed downspouts, but in spite of a hesitant, almost "no can do" attitude, they did deliver.

The job went exceptionally well. The workmenship was excellent, all minor issues were quickly corrected, cleanup was complete and the production manager visited the site near the end of the work to review it and make other minor corrections. Overall, I couild not ask for a better performance.

Installation crew completed job in one day. I wasn't able to check the job until after 6pm that day. Salesperson originally indicated there would be one seamless gutter in front of house - they installed two with a gap between them (they couldn't install one seamless gutter due to pitch in roof - didn't advise me of problem) There were many dents and dings in the front and rear gutters and fingerprints on all gutters (I ordered White as the color). I called the Salesperson (Bill) who advised me I would have to speak with the production manager who wasn't available at the time I called so I was advised to call back in two hours. Called back as instructed and requested a walk through of the job that same day. Met with production manager who was very apologetic and indicated he would have a crew out Monday morning to replace the gutters and fix the front gutter to appear as one continuous gutter. On Monday morning the crew was onsite and fixed the problems I requested. The production manager's responsiveness is the only reason I didn't give these guys a D.

Estimator came out promptly and intallation was done the following week. The work went well - two installers did a clean job in under two hours. The installers were pleasant and one of them (Sergio) was most helpful w.r.t where to place the downspouts. The leaf guards work well (I have them on older gutters) but they are expensive - almost as much as the gutters themselves - don't bother with them unless you have a serious leaf problem.

I was quite pleased with the punctuality, the quality of the work & the cleanup after the job. My only complaint (minor) is that the two workmen left when they finished without checking with me. They had missed installing a ladder guard that was included in the contract. If they had checked with me, that could have been corrected right then. They did come back out & installed the guard after I called.

I wasn t on-site when they did the job, but when I got home, I had new gutters and they looked good. The prices were average, and they showed up on time.

I called and they sent a representative out within 2 days. The salesman was very friendly and personable and walked me through the different options available. They installed the gutters the following week in about 3-4 hours and cleaned up completely and took away the old gutters.

They were pretty good. The guy came over and gave me an estimate. He seemed really good. He even showed me samples and stuff. I chose the type I wanted and they installed them. They were a little bit slow getting back to me. I feel that they tend to do more industrial places rather than homes. They did come do the work when they said they would and the estimate was right on. Now, they were not the cheapest and the debris removal was not so great.

After the gutters were installed, they drained properly and the quality that we went with does not dent.

Great! We had our gutters replaced at the same time as our re-roofing job by Los Gatos Roofing. Wildcat Metals were subcontracted by Los Gatos Roofing to do our gutters, and I couldn't be happier. They worked very efficiently in parallel, and we had our new roof and gutters in a little over a day! Before deciding to go with Wildcat Metals, we looked into some other gutter companies. They were cheaper, but didn't have the style of gutters that we wanted. Gutters help to define the lines of your house, so I'm glad that we went with Wildcat Metals (you get what you pay for). My husband is impressed with the seamless gutter spanning the entire backside of our house.

I visited Wildcat Metals showroom to pick the gutter and downspout styles we wanted. We inquired about materials to go in the gutters to prevent leaves and debris from getting into the gutters. Wildcat Metals suggested a mesh material and we had them install the mesh in our gutters. I'm not sure of the cost because they were a subcontractor to our roofer. They came on time when they said they would come and did a nice job.

The job went very well. The company removed old gutters on one day, then came back in a week at our request to allow house painting to be done in the interim. The company came back and installed gutters and downspouts in one day. They also installed a ladder guard and supplied flexible downspout extensions.

The estimator came out promptly and showed me samples, measured our property, and gave us an estimate that was very competitive. The scheduling staff was very nice and they were able to schedule the installers for the day we needed them, I gave them two weeks notice. The installers were very professional and did a beautiful job. I was very happy with this company.

They showed up on time as agreed. They performed all of the work in a professional manner. They sent a large crew to get the job done in a timely manner. Nice job.
