Vibrance Painting & Waterproofing

Our recently purchased house had years of bad paint jobs, was painted a horrible color, and was showing a lot of exterior wear. WE hired Vibrance based upon previous interior painting jobs but had not worked with them for exterior work. Mike and his crew arrived every day promptly at 7:30am to begin work. They thoroughly scraped, sanded, and patched the exterior of the house, even identifying a few minor repairs that were recommended prior to painting. The project took twice as long as originally expected due to the extremely poor condition of the existing paint. Mike was very up front about this and communicated every issue he encountered and what it meant. We wanted the painting project to be done right and were willing for it to run over the scheduled time and budget. While the project ultimately cost more than originally quoted, it was still in line with other quotes and Mike made every effort to keep the costs down without compromising quality. We are extremely happy with the result, the curb appeal and new appearance of the house is remarkable. We highly recommend Vibrance painting and will be using him for all of our future painting projects.

It was fabulous. As always, it was a job of perfection. For the job that they do, I think the price is very reasonable. They did an excellent job. I have absolutely no complains. Mike is a perfectionist and there’s never a mess left inside or out. Everything gets cleaned away. He is very open to changes. He is very happy for me to choose another color or decide on a few changes. The overall experience with my kids is very pleasant and they are just an excellent provider.

He did a power wash then a masonry seal, a tint for the seal and then the first coat. Three of the five days were spent on prep work. There was no mess from the painting. He takes his time to make sure that everything is left completely cleaned. He took down light fixtures and then put them back up for me. He did an excellent job. I believe there is not a better painter available. I have only good things to say about him.

Mike Koblis is the owner of the business. I heard of him through a friend. I had him paint my single story home. He is a very good worker. He took care of the little details really nice. Mike also preps the surface. He cleans up well after himself.
