asked me to send pictures of the area that needed repair. I took four
pictures, attached them and email back to them. I never got a call back,
no email response, not even sorry, but we can't do your repair if that
was the case. I contacted one more time and had to leave a message.
Unfortunately I never heard from them again.
The gentleman that
answer the phone sounds burned out and upset that he was interrupted by
the call. At least that was my impression.
"I'm sorry you did not find our e-mail response. We respond to every e-mail we receive, and we have a very pleasant customer service person named George, who handles 90% of all phone calls. Any of our customers would confirm George's personality. I would check your spam filter for our response, or possibly confusing Upholstery Specialist's with another company. The photos you sent may have also been too large to come through an e-mail."
