It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with workmen. They were late to the job, they did not have the proper tools, the floor was not properly prepared before installation, and the workmanship was the worst. They came back several times in an attempt to solve the problems, but they only made it worse. They offered to tear out the new floor that they had just installed, but I was afraid that they would destroy my house in the process. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are well intentioned and they promise the world, but they are not capable of delivering anything.
