They were fabulous. Our contractor had a relationship with them and they were incredibly helpful when we needed additional design advice in addition to our designer, either to spend less or to alter the design. We worked primarily with Denise but the whole staff were amazing. They were flexible, reasonable on pricing, and always willing to go the extra mile since our 3 bath remodel did pose some challenges and remodels can require rapid changes and decisions to be made. They are the only Tile company I would work with for any future projects.

They have beautiful tile at a reasonable price. After visiting other tile shops where the selection was enormous and overwhelming, it was refreshing to step into a place where someone knowledgable was able to guide us through the options. As others have said, Denise was great with helping us sort through so many choices. We hit a snag when they made a mistake on my order and it altered our project. John, the manager, demonstrated exceptional customer service. He personally came to my house to apologize, explored ways to make things better and we came up with a solution that was mutually satisfying. I know that mistakes are an inevitable part of a remodel but I am a stickler for companies taking responsibility for their mistakes and fixing them. I felt completely taken care of during the whole episode and my bathroom turned out beautifully. They are an honest shop and they truly care about their customers.

This store has a showroom with porcelain tiles for floor, bathrooms, showers, fireplaces, etc.  Denise was really helpful with helping me pick out tiles for my small bathroom floor. You can also take some tiles home as samples. They will refer you to a couple of tile contractors if you don't have one.  I was really pleased with the service.

I had just recovered from a very stressful tile installation that went wrong.  The folks at the Tile Shop were very friendly.  Denise in the office offered her assistance in designing the layout of the tile on the fireplace and hearth and I was ecstatic.  The design was the hardest part for me to do and I was so pleased that Denise could help out.  She did a beautiful job.  She would email the design for my review and make any changes I wanted.  She even helped me pick out the grout color.   The tile installer made a few modifications, but overall the design worked quite well.  I would not hesitate to do business with them again.  I'm surprised they don't have any reviews.

I cannot recommend them enough. Every sales person (on multiple visits) was extremely helpful. They had samples of every type of tile I was interested in. Tile came in when promised.

THE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY ARE HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE AND TAKE THE TIME TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH YOUR INDIVIDUAL PROJECT TO ASSURE YOU THAT YOU ARE GETTING WHAT YOU WANT.

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED OK. THE PRICES OF THE TILE WAS OK. THEY DID THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND GOT ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE CONSTRUCTION CREW.
