TILE FANTASTIC is a tile supply company serving the needs of the Bay Area's homeowners, builders, contractors and designers for over 40 years. We offer an unequaled selection of ceramic tile and stone from around the world. Our continuously updated showroom and warehouse occupy the entire building at 2910 South Bascom Avenue. We do not provide installation or repairs. We offer one of Northern California's widest selections of traditional and custom tiles, marble, limestone, granite, slate, tumble stone, metal and glass. The newest styles and designs in ceramic and stone are always on display, as well as a complete inventory of setting materials, grouts and sealers. Our large full-service showroom provides more natural lighting so you can see the true colors of the tile products you select. You will find our showroom staff extremely knowledgeable and capable of assisting you with color coordination and design. TILE FANTASTIC is the South Bay's exclusive distributor for the Walker Zanger line of distinctive tile and stone. We also feature lines from the Lunada Bay, Porcelanosa, Richards and Sterling, Jeffrey Court, Oceanside Glass, Islandstone, MIR Mosaics, and Sonoma Tilemakers. The NuHeat under-tile floor heating system is also a feature product, giving a soft warmth to any tile or stone floor. This shop was recommended by the person who was going to do our backsplash installation for us (Justin B.) back a couple of years ago when we did a kitchen remodel in our previous house. Ever since then, this shop has been our go to place to buy tiles. We have bought tiles for floor of our new house bathroom, mudroom, around the fireplace, and now are shopping for our backsplash for our new kitchen that we just put in our newly purchased home.
Mike (owner) is a fantastic person to deal with, and the crew that work there are absolutely wonderful. Helpful and always happy to provide feedback and make suggestions.
Remember, picking up tiles and remodeling can be a tedious task, every little detail is important. These guys make it easier.
Also, prices are pretty reasonable. I was looking for a tile that I priced at Parcelanosa itself (in Santa Clara), and I ended up ordering it from Tile Fantastic at about 20% (or perhaps more) discount. Same delivery time, same tile from the same manufacturer, their prices were better than manufacturer offered.

I'm sorry those few sheets of accent stone came in defective, and I wish time permitted us to get replacements, but I know you had to get the project finished. They were great. They helped me so much in deciding what i needed. I got all made to order tile and it turned out so beautiful. I got what I wanted and I got it on time. It is all locally made and very good quality.

The service with them went very well, they too helped me pick out color combinations as well as provided samples. They order the samples for me as well, and were overall great to work with.

The first person to help me was short with me, appeared irritated because I didn't know what I wanted and ended up telling me to look around.  She even sighed which I think was quite rude.  I left frustrated and drove to Morgan Hill where my friend lives.  The salesperson at the tile shop in Morgan Hill was very helpful and gave me a good start.  I went back to Tile Fantastic a couple of days later and met Rene who was very helpful, calm, patient and very nice.  I wish I had met him to begin with.  I never made an appointment, but tried to go during the week when they were less busy.   I was successful in picking out my tile.  It will be installed soon.  Hopefully, the company reads these reviews.

"Hi (removed member name), I'm sorry your first trip to our store was not as good an experience as it could have been. We did have a salesperson go out on an unexpected medical leave in this last month or so, and that combined with a few scheduled vacations put us short-handed for a few weeks, and you may have experienced a little "showroom fatigue" from the first salesperson having to cover the extra workload. I'm sorry if that was case, but we are back up to speed now. That being said, you still should not have had that experience. I'm bummed since that's the first time I remember us not getting an "A" review with Angie's list! Anyway, if you have another project coming up please call me in advance and I will either work with you myself at a time of your choosing, or will set up an appointment for you with one of our designers. Have used this store multipe times.  They have very good variety of displays showcasing different types of stone and tiles.  Many different manufacturers, and lots of ideas.  They helped us layout a design for the tile backsplash and coordinate certain types of unique tile inserts.

Everything turned out well, the tiles came in as they were supposed to, right down to the cut and the color and on schedule.  The offered me a pretty good discount and spent a lot of time with me to make sure everything fit together, which was difficult as everything was custom made.  Their customer support was just excellent.

When I initially went to the store to try to choose tile, the sales person was very helpful with pros/cons of varioius materials that I was considering. When I had narrowed my choice down to ~10 tiles, she went to the back room and brought back a heavy sack with samples of each one. I was surprised that I didn't need to leave a deposit or even my name. When I came back to order, I did have to wait a bit to get a sales person as they were quite busy that day. The order came in on schedule.

I went to Tile Fantastic numerous times during my decision making process. The employees were all courteous and helpful. I was impressed with their selection. The ordering and shipping process went smoothly. We found lovely tiles within our price range. The combination of the $5 sq. ft. tiles we chose with the decorative tiles to mix in looks just beautiful.

We used them for kitchen counter and needed 8 double-bullnose pieces. The tile came in quickly, but the double-bullnose pieces were the wrong color, which we found out once we got them home. They helped us find the correct color, but it took weeks to get the correct color end pieces in because they were sold out/discontinued all over the nation. This company has the best selection of ceramic tile, so we used them again for the kitchen floor a year later. There were no problems, good pricing, great quality Italian tile, and it came in within 2 days of ordering.

TILE FANTASTIC HAS TILE AVAILABLE THAT YOU WON'T SEE AT OTHER STORES. IN PARTICULAR IS THE WALKER ZANKER LINE, OCEANSIDE GLASS AND A RANGE OF METALLIC DECOYS THAT ARE VERY POPULAR RIGHT NOW. SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND ORDER TIME IS BETTER THAN MOST STORES. THEY ARE CLOSED MONDAY.

WIDE RANGE OF CERAMIC AND STONE TILES IN A NICE SHOWROOM WITH PORCELANOSA, JEFFREY COURT, OCEANSIDE GLASS, AND WALKER ZANGER. WE ORDERED SOME SPECIAL TILES AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT GETTING THEM ORDERED RIGHT AWAY AND CALLING AS SOON AS THEY CAME IN.
